Hello Everyone one this forum, I have just joined I joined late but glad to be here, My wifes file was transfered to Islamabad on July 2011 and we did not hear anything from them until April 16th 2012 when she recieved Re Med and Ppr , CHC recieved PP on May 2nd and she has not recieved PP back just yet, what is the timeline for passports to come back with the stamp these days please let me know.
Congratulations brother.. Did your wife's e-case get updated to "Medical Received" yet ? |

Salam to everyone. I have some news to share. Yesterday we received an "Acknowledgement of Receipt Of Application" letter from CHC Islamabad at Karachi address through registered mail (Our application was received in Islamabad on 28-Jun-2011). It took almost 10 days from the date of letter to date of delivery.
They have asked for supplementary information forms, PCC, and if I have visited my wife in pakistan since the submission application, then for proof of travel and photos of our time spent together.
I am confused about two things and I will appreciate if any one can clarify and advice.
1. My application was recieved in Islamabad on 28-Jun-2011. At that time I sent them an email for file number and they responded with a file number that started with F. Now in this letter, they have sent a different file number starting with B and asked her to use it in all future correspondence. Is that something new or is it normal ?
2. In August/September of 2011 I visited my wife in Pakistan and after returning to Canada I sent over 30 pictures, copies of airline ticket, boarding pass, passport pages, previous months phone logs, emails logs, Skype logs etc. So why are they asking for this information that I already sent voluntarily in November 2011. I even have DHL delivery receipt.
My wife is currently with me in Canada on visitor visa. So I will send my travel information/photos again as well as new information of her visit and our pictures together here in Canada.
I will appreciate anyone's advice and thoughts about this.

I got a file number FXXXXX from Mississauga and the letter from ISlamabad has a file number that starts with BXXXXxx Just send in everything again they requested. Also is it ok for spouse to be in Canada while their file is in Islamabad. They have no objection on that?? And if its not a problem then also explain on a letter that your wife is with you. |

i checked my file online it still says that we recieved your Application in May - 2011 but still no changed in process and no e mail or any requests from Islamabad office yet n it also not shows my address too so could you please help me wat to do ? should i wait more or e mail them for update of my application to know wat is going on ? i need your help and ideas thanks

CIC REPLIED M ON APRIL THT CASE IS QUE FOR REVIEW BY IMMEGRATION OFFICER SINCE THEN THEY R QUITE.HV SEND THE 2WICE MAIL BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM NOR ANY AUTO REPLY.
HOW MUCH QUE TIME IS IT 2 WAIT NOW.PPL GET PPR AFTER 2-4 MONTH AFTER REMDICAL MINE IS TKING V LONG TIME.ANY SUGGESTION
