Let me ask you how did you know your file transfer to Islamabad? Probably by email from CIC Mississauga Right?
Now take care fully a look on that email there is should be 10 Digit File Number like:  F000012345
If you cannot find file number there then email to CHI...

The officer informed me during interview that i will forward your family sponsorship approved and after 1 hour i will send it to CHC_ISB so after 3 weeks my spouse received letter of acknowledgment asking some documents, on that page there was write GCMS File no.

Let me email cic_isb now, Iam confused that is my spouse sponsorship process started in isb if i not have file no? pls confirm

I am writing on the behalf of around 2000 Canadian/Permanent Resident who applied for their spouse immigration for Pakistan since 2010/2011 and still waiting...
 
Spouse processing time for Pakistan has increased to 26 month from 8 months for the last 3 years in Pakistan and your action is required to decrease the processing time.

Here is a my dilemma FYI
I am one of the unfortunate Canadian who sponsored wife for Pakistan. The Immigration file is still in waiting list for initial review since xxxx at Islamabad Office. I have contacted local minister “xxxx” in (mycity) few times and this matter is beyond his control.
