HI Honeywell,
Could you please tell if the letter states which forms of yours are old? I need to *re-submit* "Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]" which is a sponsored person form and not for sponsorship evaluation. So I was wondering if I should wait for file to be transfered to CHC-I and send the updated form or should I do it right now? I also sent my application to CPC-M in April 2012. Others? what do you think I should do?

Khalifa is right;if u have some old form in your kit then CPC-M will request you to resubmitt the forms with newone.I have submitted Documents checklist and agreement to sponsorship undertaking 1344E in old format;which is the most important one.
Sha CPC-M refer me the link for updated forms;but there still forms have July,2011 written in footer.But you told that you have sent them forms with 02-2012 in footer.From where u get these forms kindly help me. |

heybuddy - have you considered applying for a visit visa? this way she could come for six months and take care of your mom - there is a forum thread for visit visas it is helpful - you should read that if you decide to do it Good Day All,
For a little while I have been visiting this forum; its quite surprising and warm to see the support.
I have a question for you all, I filled for my wife in Jan 2012 and in March the file was sent to Islamabad, In February I had gone to Pakistan for my Rukhsati and honeymoon. I sent a package with recent pictures, flight information and other related documents. I got married in 2011 and was late in filling the application.
A couple of weeks a ago we found out that my mother has to go through some major surgery and there will be no one home to take care of her, if my wife was around it would have been a great deal of help since I get back from work around 6. I wish I was in a position to take a few months off to take care of my mom but unfortunately work doesn't permit me to do so. I wanted to see if there was anyway to get them to look at our file sooner on the basis of compassionate reasons?
I would really appreciate any help I could get on this.

hi red jeans and adeelad, i am also from same time line. i heard from CHC I leter dated 8th march and i submitted my doc ( pcc+IMM forms + husbands tax and job letters. ) on 4th april. im also still waiting for re med and PPR. hope all three of us gets letter from them tomorrow. INSHAALLAH please remember me in ur prayers too |
