i have one question. i recieved the request for re pcc and other document  ( immigration forms + my husband's passport copy + my husband's tax documents) . why did my ecase status change to in process?? and when will i hear about remedical???
 as everybody on this forum is saying they are expediting 2011 cases, how can this be said and why???
i wish its true though

Hi DSF ! When did your husband send the documents ? And when did your ecase changed to inprocess ?? If it has changed to in-process then ur husband'd definitely gonna get a re-medical request in  this week or next week !!

my case did not change to in process. it still showed application recieved.
 and my husband sponsored my from canada. me and my daughter are here in pakistan.i was asking by what time will my case change to in process since i recieved the request for re pcc and additional docs in march.

Hi, i did my wife remedical on november 2011, till now May 06 , 2012 doesn't have anything from chc? so hope this info help you. actually it depends according to case, how complicate is this case?

I got married in Pakistan April 2010, my wife is a Canadian citizen but at that time she had never been to Canada, as her parents moved back to Pakistan back in 1983.
She went to Canada in May 2011 and applied her health card, sin number etc, and applied my case in June 2011, soon after that my daughter was born there in Canada, and I requested CHC-I for expedited processing of my application for permanent residence in Canada, on humanitarian and compassionate grounds as my wife was alone with a very less social circle to depend on.
By the end of Jan 2012 CHC-I replied
 “This application is currently in process and is within processing time period and would be processed upon its turn in queue. The fact that priority queues for spouses and children exist acknowledges that prolonging separation in such cases is not consistent with Canadian values, and we endeavor to process all such files to final decision as quickly as possible”
And now I have received this letter stating request for further documents.

 As usual i have a question and really need your feed back based on your experiences...we are sept 2011 file transfer and we have quite a bit of up date that we have been wanting to send to CHC-I for the past 3-4 months..our consultant on the other hand has been strongly against it and has  asked us not to do so and wait for the immigration people to ask us for updates..we have now decided to send update any way..what do you say? the worst may be that they ask us again right? any feed back will be much appreciated....thanks

My consulted also say me the same thing don't send them any think until they ask you.
And I'm fallowing his instructions because after long in Canada I learn one thing just provide only documents what and when authorities asked you.
