i have sended back re medical and re police certificate plus some other forms.. and now waiting for ppr .. does anyone know how long it takes...
i send everything on march 2012
if they find every thing fine with your Re-Imm forms, Re-PCC, medical etc......then InshAllah you should be hearing from them in this month or max by next month  .....most probably PPR.....keep your hopes high |

ohhh really....yikes!! I don't want to scare you as every case is different but that is true. One of my past colleague whose husband was in Indian Army, their case stretched to 2-3 years and eventually she went back to India because the whole thing was taking so long. I would advice you to talk to some immigration consultant about it.

Send a copy of your Nikkah nama, a copy of its translation and the copy of sponsorship approval letter from Immigration Canada along with a cover letter stating that you are sending your marriage certificate and your spousal sponsorship approval as a proof of your marriage. |

Last yest i received a similar request from them. Here is what I did: Called CRA and informed that my wife is not in the country and i have sponsored her. The agent told me to write a letter telling the same with the reference number which is on the letter that was sent to me. I did the same and no issues since then. Hope it helps. I didn't provide any Nikah nama. |

Assalam u alaikum
i am a wife and my husband sponsored me. i have a three year old daughter and i am living away from my hubby since almost two years now.
my time line is
APP FILED: 26 APRIL 2011
APP TRANSFERRED: 7 JUNE 2011
AOR AND REQUESR FOR IMM FORMS, REPCC, COPY OF HUSBANDS PASSPORT AND HIS TAX DOCS: 8 MARCH 2012
as everybody on forum is saying that they are expediting the cases of 2011, please, can anybody give me an idea how long it will take as 2012 is a long year. my baby girl misses her dad alot. i also read on forum that they expedite the cases with children. is it really true?
i just hope wish and pray that everybody should reach there beloved spouses as soon as possible.
