CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Hi everyone !
I have sent Re-pcc, Immigration Forms and additional Proof on April 7, 2012. They might receive it today but I have heard CHC will be closed today due to Easter  So they will most prolly receive my documents tomorrow inshAllah.. FINGERS CROSSED !

My application was filed in June 2011 and file was transferred to CHC-I on 8 Aug 2011, i received AOR yesterday 05 April 2012, along with a list of documents required like a new police certificate, proof of contact and recent communication with spouse, 15-20 Photos, supplementary information form for Pakistanis and a police certificate from UK (as i lived there for 3 years). Moreover they have asked me to e-submit IMM8, Schedule-A, IMM5669, IMM5406 and supplementary information forms. As far as i remember i have already submitted these forms, why are they asking them again? and last question how long do i have to wait from now?

That's great , you received request with in 8 months after file shifted to islamabad.

I have already sent it and it was computerized (typed) and then stamped and all.. just wanted to confirm if anyone of you has gone through the police certificate process recently ?

please guide me how to update my information to chc islamabad.
my case as under:(husband case)
sponsorship filed in Nov 2011
case shifted isb Jan 2012, the email-PDF letter gave file# and uid #
wife visited in Feb 2012
paid right of residence fee $490 in March 2012(copy of receipt sent to cpc Mississauga)
Now I wish to update my wife's visit to prove continuation of relation ship (have boarding cards, photographs, etc) and wish to send right of residence fee receipt to isb. (sent allready to cpc Mississauga)
Please advise:
1. to which address I must send these proofs
2. If I mention file # and UID that  received in pdf letter (letter received by sponsor ) would it be enough to identify my case . Is this file # and uid is same for sponsorship application and ISB processing?
3. I haven't received any communication from chc isb but i suppose providing them things in advance would reduce time later. am I right in thinking this?

hey did they specifically ask you for a PCC from UK? Or did it just say to submit PCC from all areas you lived for more than 6 months?

It specifically says "police certificate for yourself from United Kingdom"

I have no Idea whats going on, i just requested CHC-I that my wife lives there on her own and i have a young daughter (now 8 months old), and its getting difficult for my wife to manage things alone with an infant to look after.

I got married in Pakistan April 2010, my wife is a Canadian citizen but at that time she had never been to Canada, as her parents moved back to Pakistan back in 1983.
She went to Canada in May 2011 and applied her health card, sin number etc, and applied my case in June 2011, soon after that my daughter was born there in Canada, and I requested CHC-I for expedited processing of my application for permanent residence in Canada, on humanitarian and compassionate grounds as my wife was alone with a very less social circle to depend on.
By the end of Jan 2012 CHC-I replied
 “This application is currently in process and is within processing time period and would be processed upon its turn in queue. The fact that priority queues for spouses and children exist acknowledges that prolonging separation in such cases is not consistent with Canadian values, and we endeavor to process all such files to final decision as quickly as possible”
And now I have received this letter stating request for further documents.

Yasir please provide them the requested information before the deadline and your case will be done hopefully by the end of this year or in the mid of next year's first quarter.

Getting Police clearance certificate request,  re-immigration forms and proof of contact with your sponsor is pretty normal.. Almost 70% of the people here have got the same request as yours ...so don't worry start working on the requested documents and send them asap along with the cover letter explaining your concerns etc..InshAllah the next step would be re-medical and passport request..

Dsabri: I had recently got my police clearance certificates for the districts i lived since 18 years of age.. It is computerized, stamped and signed by the concerned authorities.. What else you want to ask ?

yasirman.. can you please tell me the layout of the letter you wrote to CHC-I. I am in the same situation as you. My wife is in Canada alone n she is taking care of our 5 months old daughter alone. she is also getting very frustrated managing things on her own.
My file got transferred to CHC-I in June 2011 and we still haven't heard from CHC_I at all.

Y are they asking yasirman for additional proof of contact? He has an 8 month old daughter. Isn't that enough to prove that their relationship is genuine? I am asking because my case is similar to yasirmans, but i haven't gathered any proof because i thought that the birth cerificate of my daughter as her father would be more than enough to prove the relationship genuine.
