Brother don't mind these postings. People are just trying to help eachother out and save money. As you know most of the working class lives from hand to mouth, so helping someone save money is also a sadqa-e-jaria. I used to think this way too but my thinking changed as I have seen people getting benefit from these suggestions and don't have to pay so much money to talk to their other halves. I was paying 5c/min to talk to my wife and my bill used to be $150 per month but after I switched to this other service, its cut into half and I am talking to my wife 3 times more than with the old service. |

I couldn't agree more with Danny - so true!! very nicely put. and I'll definately be looking into the one you suggested because I had no idea about it and it's twice the minutes for the same amount I'm paying right now so thanks Brother don't mind these postings. Hello All i submitted my wife's application from Quebec in April 2011 and it was sent to Islamabad May 2011. It feels like it has been forever since i last heard from CIC. I even went to see my federal government MP for my area but i have ZERO results to show for it. Last email i sent had the generic reply back in November 2011. Is there anybody here that knows about the process being any different for Quebec resident sponsor as oppose to rest of canada?

BTW i now pay 2 cents per minute for calls to Pakistan land or cellphone. forum is not allowing me to post the link for the provider message me if you need the link.
you will have to sign-up and put a credit in your account for as low as $1 and thats all. the sound quality is very good and its never down. I used to pay 12 cents a minute before this

hi guys i got question here.. do you know how long it will take to change my ecase status to in process because it still says file recieved even thought they have requested me to send additional documents with re police certificate.. and it has been two weeks that i send back everything they asked for so anyone know when the status will change to in process and when my husband will receive passport request??
is anyone in the same boat as me ??

Don't count on E-case too much. It doesn't really update for everyone. It showed no updates for a few members on the forum till they got Visa stamped. So don't worry about it at all |
