hi sriz..........how did you come to know that they started processing your file on march 15???.......did you email them or you found it from caips???
i'm asking it becauze my file transfer date is 26 may.........1 day ahead of you.....but my ecas is still showing "application received"
same here file transferred may 10 nd still showing application received |

hey tuco, yea i remember u're a day ahead of me... i didnt email them, i checked my status on ecas and it said "In Process" when i clicked it, it said "we received ur application on may 27th 2011, we began processing ur application on march 16th 2012, medical has been received" don't wprry, inshAllah u'll hear something very soon on a side note, i did apply for visit visa (ofcourse it was refused) but mayb that had something to do with it? I highly doubt it tho |

But from where I can attest and get sealed on it.Infact our marriage was registered in Manchester city council office as well.but the documents they gave us was not sealed.do you think they might send us back to get sealed.
I'm not sure how the UK system works, you should definitely inquire about this. Call CIC on Monday and find out. Let us know too.  |

Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask them to scan and email it to you after they fill it out and sign it). 1 - Form name IMM5475E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf2 - Form name IMM5563E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfPay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with your credit card. You will have to register with them, just provide your email and confirm password; its that easy !!! https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=enYou can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your email address as well. Scan and attach both forms along with the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address. Hope it helps Exactly, make sure you attach the electronic receipt after you make a payment online. They will email you a copy and you have an option to print it after the payment. Don't forget to write the receipt number in the form. |

thanks for the reply..........that means they really don't follow that queue and first-in first-serve and just doing cherry picking on files i sent some docs and proofs in march.......may be that would delay a further as it takes a few weeks before they attach them to your file don't worry about visit visa refusal.........it has nothing to do with your PR application processing......both are processed independently...........good luck |
