ok so I am new on this forum. My file was transferred in November 2010. So I am pretty sure my wife will get her visa very soon INSHALLAH. My question is that after the visa is issued, till how many days does my wife has to enter Canada? Because I am planning to complete My Dora al Hadees in Karachi ( last year of Aalim course). Can my wife enter Canada after 10 -11 months of visa issue??
she has to enter Canada before her medical expires or before ur passport expires (if your passport expiry is before medical expiry) |

Hello Everyone, Wanted to give an update on my case. On March 7, 2012 case status changed to "In Process".  Now waiting to hear from CIC Isb. Hopefully it will not be a long wait... I am hoping to reunite with my family this year if everything goes well. Here is the summary of the timeline. Medical- Islamabad- March 7, 2011 Police Certificates- March 2011 Case filed in Mississauga- April 26, 2011 Application approved and file transfer May 30, 2011 File status changed to "In Process" March 7, 2011 GOOD LUCK everyone. I will keep you posted of any correspondence. |
