I used to come in this forum with the username “hinaajameel' so you can see my name appearing under may 2011 cases ! 

any one can helpme what i should answer them, they sendme latter for fill up imm forms and some other documents.
they ask me for answer is

if ur sponsor and you have not condummted your marriage or have a rukhsati celebragtion,plz p roive explanation as to when you plan to consummate and what your plans are of ur marriage in the event you are refused permanant resident  visa.

WHAT IS THAT MEAN AND WHAT I SHOULD ANSWER THEM

It means that they want you to have Rukhsati done if you havn't done it already. And if you havn't done the Rukhsati already then when do you plan to perform Rukhsati. What would be your plan if they refused to give you permanent residence Visa.

Your answer depends on your current situation. If you have done Rukhsati already then tell them that you have done it already. If you have not done it yet, then tell give them a future date when Rukhsati would be performed. Usually they send the applicant an objection letter that they believe that your marriage is not genuine and put you in the interview queue if they don't get an answer from you that satisfies them. Also, tell them that you will appeal the decision if your Visa is refused as your relationship is genuine.

I would suggest you to have Rukhsati done right away and send them the pictures etc from Rukhsati if you havn't get it done yet. Pictures from Honeymoon helps alot.

i have doe rukhsati already and send them paper in dec,2011 already ....
which letter they send me they  not saying that they belive that relationship is not genuine.

Who received your additional documents in Dec 2011?? Did u get any sort of acknowledgement from CHC?
Seems like they have either lost your documents  If they have your documents then y the hell they are asking for it again?
