Guys i have some bad news:
Our forum memeber BABARKHAN has met with a serious accident 2 days ago.He was travelling from Calgary to Vancouver by road.He is it currently in the hospital.The doctors are not sure about his survival.Please make dua for him!

the file was transfered to pakistan in feb 2 2011. and they starting processing feb 6 2012. How about yours?
feb 17, 2011....and nothing yet...pin drop silence...its driving me insaneeeeeeeeeeeee.....salay kaminay CHC-I walay dallay...it still says we received your file on feb 17, 2011 on ecas...like wtf man...get a move on already...its already over a year now since file transfer...i need some "UMEED KI KIRAN"... know wat i mean bro.... |

the stupid FIRST IN & FIRST OUT IS PURE BULLSHI*T they are workin on Dec. 2010 cases n im sure next months is Jan thats was John Mckay office told me they received an email from CHC n thats wat they said... so u guys should wait till mid march or april.... or u can order GCMS notes... i feel the pain of this stupid torture i think everyone whose passed the one year mark is goin crazy lmao i am one of them  |

Hello Peepz.
What are the implications if case is in process and spouse is pregnant. Filed for case in April 2011. The file was transferred to ISB office in May 2011. So far haven't heard anything from CIC office and family's (wife and dauhter) Medical will be expiring on March 7, 2012.
Thank you in advance for the responses and May Allah give Babar Khan quick recovery. Ameen.

i know exactly what you mean raptorsfan, does your status now say that they have started to process your file this month? or does it still say that file transfered to pak feb 17? cause mine now says that they have started to process the file this month.... |

bhai u r also in feb case most of the feb cases even march cases online status change in process n address dissappread did ur status is still application recieved n ur address is also not dissappread?if u dont mind tell me?? |

Hey!
Don't complicate things for yourself.
The first thing you need to check is that if the Canadian Immigration is informed that you have no relation or ties with your Ex wife. Now because she was a Canadian already, there was never a case filed for her right??? So what i'm trying to say is that you should not confuse immigration Canada and forget about your past.
For your case, they shouldn't have rejected it in the first place. Something is wrong somewhere. I mean i don't see the complications anywhere. Were you forced to get married? Did you tell that to Immigration Canada? That could be a possibility. . . Immigrants and sponsor's need to show that their case is solid, genuine and not flaky. I think they have a doubt about your marriage. For the waiting time, i would suggest wait for 2 months and if you don't hear anything from them, pay a visit to Islamabad Canadian High Commission.
HI Omer! as I told you my sponsorship was got rejected as first stage, that is the problem, i got the letter with that: You do not meet the requirements of the immigration legislation because the applicant is not a member of the Family Class. Under Regulation R117(9).
