Dear All- My wife applied for my spousal visa in August 2011 and it was transferred to CIC ISL in OCT 2011. Currently i am working in Srilanka since last 2 years. I just wanted to ask, is it possible if i can get my file transferred to CIC Sri lanka, as application processing times in srilanka is 11 months.
If yes, what is the procedure?
to date my ecas says that application received for permanent residency. So they might not have touched my file yet.
Its is not a good idea. my brother did the same thing back in 2007 he request after 8 month transfer his file from Pk tosrilinka. They did but they put his file again last in Que and start over like new case. He end up almost in 3 year. Where ever you go they start your file again like new one. |

I sent in some recent pictures of my husband and I of my trip to pak recently! Just wanted to know how long it takes to attach it to my file. I was hoping it would be attached before they open my file!!
Also, what month are they working ok for husband cases now? Im a feb 11th 2011 case!

Danny or anyone knows, If they started working on my file starting of this month (feb 2012) (We started processing your application on February 2012) do you think it would take another 5 or 6 months for her to be here? or more?? also i never sent any proof of communication or pictures since i applied. do u think its too late to send it all now? |
