CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2011 -2012

Hello,

I am new in this forum, I read a lot about your forum and it really helped out, I just wanna ask some question please kindly help

My Father sponsored us as we immigrating to Canada permanently  he submit our sponsorship since January 2011 in CIC Mississauga, and in December 2011 we received a letter from Canada high commission that they required some documents which i sent them all on 2nd week of January 2012,we are 8 person including my mother, I also received GCMS File No which was mentioned in the first letter.

I still not received any letter from Canadian High commission that did they received my documents however i received confirmation from TCS courier, I email them but also not got any reply from their side. Please Kindly tell me if any one know that How much time it takes to process our case in Islamabad.

anyone planning on marryin over board should realli prepare themselves wit this kind of situation
n as afghans u kno parent n relatives question u non stop n cant get it thro their thick skulls
but all we can do is Pray that ALLAH SWT reunite us wit our spouses soon.

Im sure soon all of us will hear good news soon

lmao i have seen that Pakistani families let their daughters or sons go over board n stay wit their spouses
but Afghan wont let u go especialli the girls lmao
i faught wit ma parents for one year n finalli i had enough i jus wen to get ma ticket n told them im goin loll

Hi to group. sponsorship approved and file transferred to  Islamabad after 58 days. I wish to ask two questions to the forum.
First name of my sponsor has been miss spelled in address column, how it may be corrected-(note file shifted to Islamabad now)- Second my sponsor paid only sponsorship fee at the time of application, Now I wish to pay permanent landing right fee, please advise how it may be paid, may I pay into standard chartered bank and send it to chc Islamabad with uid and file # , and when should I do this because I don't know whether my file has physically reached Islamabad or not. Appreciate your replies

I'm doing the samething. I mean we did stay together. I had a small wedding reception. Who gives a damn if people are not watching ur marriage lol Nobody can be a better witness than allah. If our love is true and we will never be separated then why should we care about what people say.

The embassy request for some forms to be filled and re-medical and we provided those information. For confirmation of delivery, I sent an email to the embassy and blow is their response.

Dear Client:

If you have submitted the requested documents but your case status has not changed this is normal. This does not mean that your documents are lost.

Our office is unable to provide confirmation for each document delivered. 

Please understand that due to the heavy volume of mail received at our office we are unable to open and sort mail immediately upon receipt. We suggest that you wait for 3 to 4 weeks before requesting for a case status inquiry after sending mail to our office. 

If your parcel tracking details confirm the delivery of your documents at our mail room then rest assured they will be attached to your file accordingly.

I have a question here is it necessary that chc ask for re police certificate from everyone like re med?is it possible that in simple wife case they  only ask for re med or passport request?

yes sometime in some cases i have seen that they didnt ask for repcc only remedical and ppr

If your PCC isn't expired, only then they wouldn't ask for Re-PCC. Usually PCC expires within an year.

He is ur cousin  don't give s*** about people. I thought maybe cuz u guys don't know him much. It is true and hard to figure about people.
My guy cousins did alot of proposals. My family was all happy but I told them I hate marrying ma cousins. It has got to be someone not from ma family.

Re-medical and police clearification will both be expired. Medical is for 12 months and police clearification for 6 months. So if ur lucky, if your case is done within 12 months they will not ask for remedial or police clearification but if it's not done within that period of time then u have to do them again.

Police clearance certificate's expiry varies from district to district in Pakistan. Some PCC expire in 90 days, some expire in 6 months and some expire in 12 months.
