Its taking 37 days according to CIC webstite and they are currently working on files received up to Feb 22nd, 2011 add an extra week for mail delivery time. So I would say about a month and a half. |

Sponsoship approval: Whether you are eligible to sponsor your spouse or not. Read page 4 of IMM 1344 (Application to sponsor and undertaking). You must meet all those conditions to be able to sponsor your spouse. They do all the cross checks and see whether what you have told them is true or not. |

Well it's time for CHANGE! And it's about that TIME we'll have to raise our voice, and ensure that whoever we elect as the new Gov. do something about immigration & processing family apps in Pak. Some people tell us not to say anything because if u do they will delay ur case further. I disagree with them. As a taxpayer & citizens of this country, we have every right toL voice our concern after all, WE the people ellect them. So lets VOTE and bring change. |

Guys I am so glad to see that the picture of that racist anti Pakistan Citizenship and Immigration minister (Jason Kenny's) has been removed from cic.gc.ca, (he increased spousal immigration time from 3-6 months to 21 months) please vote against conservatives so we dont have to see him as our minister again, trust me if his party comes back the time will go even higher than 21 months unlike India where it is still 6 months
It is the time that our voice is not just email being ignored by Jason's Kenny's or Harper's office,
It is the time to do the only thing we can do against them VOTE AGAINST THEM
I plead all of brothers and sisters here to have a little campaign of our own in our social circles against Conservatives, including our friends from other nations in Canada with a voting right.
Just for our information, our employers are bound by law to give us paid time off on election day to vote
