your most welcome. Just to let you know we all know they are torturing us if they want to finish our work they can but they don't want, so sending them emails after emails will make no difference. They will torture you more. At times you will not even get any reply back from ur email. I think they are far behind with everyone's cases even I know some people that applied in 2009 and are still not done. Have patience and make duwa ( for everyone in this forum )  thanks again and may Allah fulfill all of our wishes and good luck to everyone in this forum |

Hello,
I applied for my wife in September 2010 and CIC received her file in October 15, 2010. We did receive two letters in first week of January. The first letter asked for some forms to be filled and original of marriage certificate (once again!!!!!) and in second letter, asked my wife to perform second medical exam. Since then, haven't heard anything and I don't know what would be next steps and how long would it take.
May Allah give us strength against all these tortures and good luck for everyone.

Guys what is this FBI thing about? I thought we were only suppose to get police clearence certificate from Pakistan for your spouse.. What is FBI CLEARENCE AND WHO HAS TO DO IT?

I lived in US of A so I had to get FBI clearance along with PCC from UK and Pakistan. Don't worry if have not lived in Amreeka then u dont have to get FBI clearance. |

Help wanted  Advice me guys I'm lost  I met my hubby in India. Then we wanted to get engaged. It did not happen cuz he had to leave. so then we got engaged when I was not there ( reason because I did want to travel so soon ) Then for our marriage he came back to India and I went to India again. Got married. Now I wana go back but hubby says no. He does not want to meet in India again. lady who did a liitle of my forms with me wrote I can't go to afg due to not feeling safe. I did not care much at the time cuz I never wanted to go too. But now I really wana go. If I go will I have problems later? But on one side I can say we missed each other soo much that I had to take a risk and go. Or do you guys think It's better if we met back in India? |

Atleast if I die I'll be with ma hubby lol if you travel while ur papers are in process it's good. You should go too  If you have a family it's so much better. You don't have to pay for hotels, guesthouse etc... |
