Married in 24 May 2010
Applied in Canada on 15 Sep. 2010
Embassy received in 15 Oct. 2010
1st letter requesting some forms to fill received in 25 Dec. 2011
2nd letter requesting medical test received in 8 Jan. 2012
I sent reply to 1st letter and my wife did the 2nd medical exam last week. Can you guys tell me what is next?

Although we probably know what exactly they would talk about, but still its a good opportunity to get in touch with eachother. Hey guys !!
Read some posts today on this thread about doing something to gather attention on this matter. Well here is what should be done.
Most population is living in Toronto area who applied for their spouses.
Gather everyone and I mean everyone (even if someone has to mail all registered ppl on this site. even if that means people who already got visas and living with families. they went through this pain so they will understand). rallies here are small in number anyways. if you watch rallies on CBC you can probably laugh but to canadians its a big deal. 50 to 100 people is like BIG here.
Now TV is always looking for something fresh. Most TV hosts are desi these days anyways. choose a weekday and protest in front of toronto mayor's office. it will take some leadership and planning. some meetings on weekends in some coffee shop. you can book a room in a public library even for free and invite people to it and plan it. not very hard to be honest with you.
Im not in toronto but in alberta so cant do much here.
But i tell you what the problem is.. WE ARE LAZY AND ONLY GOOD FOR ONE THING --- BAATEIN CHODNA..
now shut up and get back to your *censored word*ty life and stop whining coz you guys dont have the balls to do anything about it. suck it up and salute the white man.

With the support of two members of this forum, I contacted the Pak-Canada association in Vancouver. It seems like that they are trying to support us. It was said on their facebook status
"What one message would you send to Immigration Minister Jason Kenney if you had the opportunity?"
I think that they are contacting Immigration Canada.. Now we need more support. There was a brother in another thread saying that his MP said that they are reducing the timeline o 18 months and they are sending some files to U.K to reduce the application traffic. Any update on that??
