I think there is no offense to arrange a peaceful protest.just to let them knoW we r in Pain.may be they look into this matter and increase their staff quickly, but I don't think it wil bring fruit. Protest should be peaceful if any...otherwise close this site and take a nap everything will fine  |

Question How do you guys know your papers have reached CIC-I  ? I just checked online status. Now I'm lost  3 options they show you which are: IN PROCESS, WITHDRAWN, DECISION MADE For mine on decision made it says we have made a decision and will inform you by writing what decision is made  I don't understand the stupid table they have made. If the decision have been made then what the heck is In Process? |

you are looking on the chart . just go on step back and right on the top u will see a line that ur case has transferd to hell on some unknow date now wait life long as we belive in human rights so u can live apart your patner. the other thing is the ist decision made is about the acceptance of the eleigibility of your patner that she or he can sponcer you. now second decision made you have to wait if you are lucky enough that till that time if your relation servive .they might give you that priviliage in charity .by the way this is the only charity for what you have paid for.

I am not complaining about the timeline aur the way cic sytem works like u are Because when the time is right i will get the visa inshallah We are here we follow there there guide lines they have rules for pakistanis thats there right so if ur in a interview q just b cool ur time will come |

If there are no objections handed out by CHC - Isl, then you're looking at: 12 - 16 months where wife is an applicant and husband is the sponsor; 14 - 18 months where husband is an applicant and wife is the sponsor. It could be more or less depending on the case as every case is different ... Hope this helps |

I would say
Wife' case----- 20-22 Months
Husband-------22-24 Months
Incorrect. Don't make assume. Wife cases is quicker than long waiting husband cases. |
