can anybody tell me which service CHC used to send first letter objection letter/ pcc request,TCS or anyother???aur kiya letter per phone number dya hota hai jiss ko deliver kerna ho us ka?  ?? |

Applied in April 2010 AOR june june 2010 objection latter may 2011 and then imm forms and re-pcc aug then in nov thay asked for some more medical tests of tb  Looooooooong wait kabhi khatam he nhi hota and yeh Married in Aug 2009 Hello Saif, Sorry to hear that, i hope your case gets resolved quickly InshAllah. Welcome to the forum Shaby Unfortunately the wait for initial review is quite long. Currently its taking them 12-14 months to do the initial review of the application, so you are probably looking at June 2012 for your initial review to be done. It takes about 4-6 months after the initial review to get the visa given the background checks/medical is clear and the relationship is proved to be genuine. |

On my E-case, it is showing my old Canadian Address. I tried to change it online but the system still shows my old one. Also, my wife's address in Pakistan has changed as well. Therefore, I was thinking of faxing them a letter (Correction of Adress) regarding both changes. Now, do i need to send them two seperate letters or could i just send them one letter with my signature to make changes? Thanks.

You might want to wait for the change in your Canadian address if you have done it recently. For changing your wife's address in Pakistan, your wife needs to fax them a letter signed by her that her address is changed. |

You might want to wait for the change in your Canadian address if you have done it recently. For changing your wife's address in Pakistan, your wife needs to fax them a letter signed by her that her address is changed.

I am trying to sponsor my wife and my wife has done her second medicals now..Can anyone tell me if there is a way to check if new delhi has received my wife's medicals and if the file has been transferred to Islamabad? She submitted her medicals on 20th Oct 2011

I sponsored my husband in 2007, his case refused, i appealed the decision, won the appeal, case was resumed back and CHC ISB started processing it again, my husband got a re-medical request in March 2011 along with a police clearence.. since then we are waiting for any positive response.
As in the recent email from immigration, we recieved this information that `file is in qeue for review by the immigration officer and background checks are over for this application`could anyone help mein and let me know what is the next step in the process would be.. as background checks are now done .. its a kind of mental touture we are facing .. its been almost 5yrs.. we have been suffering a lot..
plz reply soon

hopefully it should be finalized within the first quarter of 2012. What was the reason of rejection |
