I just checked my status, well my husband's application status, and it said decision made? should I be worried? 

We received ***'s application for permanent residence on August 29, 2011.
 
Medical results have been received.

We received your application to sponsor *** on August 29, 2011.
 
We sent you a letter on November 15, 2011 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

and who will they be sending the decision letter to? me in canada or my husband in pakistan?

Hi welcome!  Onboard Your  husband application time line and my wife time line in same week. I apply on August 24 and my wife application transfer to Isb on Nov 1st.  Now I'm waiting for file number which i request to Isb by email last week.

and now i check my e-case using my file number and in my mailing address the house and lane are not written as for e.g house no 2,lane no 5....on my mailing address its only 2 5 written, is it problem????and what should i do to correct it?

u need to send chc-i a fax or mail with ur signature...in order for address and phone number updates...or else u will get an e-mail reply back that they need signatures to do any changes...

You will have to send a Correction of Address letter to CHC-Islamabad. Tell them that the address you see on E-case is missing house number and Lane number. Give them the full address and ask them to correct it in their records. Also, don't forget to sign this letter or else they wouldn't make any corrections.

The only case it would be a problem is, if:
 - he had sponsored her as well from the US and she's a PR in Canada and marriage lasted a very short period(sounds suspicious to the VO almost like a marriage of convenience)
 - divorce was not finalized on papers legally in Canada before your friend got married to the Pakistani lady
 - the ex-wife went on social assistance within the 3 yrs he was responsible for her and now he owes the govt.
 - The date of divorce on papers is after the date of nikah nama
 - Your friend does not have  the custody of kids from previous marriage(if any)? they want to know why?( concerns about not being able to take care of family? or maybe family abuse/violence?)
 - The age difference is too much between husband and the new wife (also sounds like a marriage to import her here)
 
These might add a bit of a delay till cleared I think.

Lol, no.  He completed divorce certificate and legals paper before he got married to Pakistani wife.  He told me it is completely cleared, Canada Embassy approved it before submitted to ISL.   ex-wife doesn't live in Canada anymore and back to US.   

so this is clear case, correct?

Sorry I think I misunderstood you..you were talking about only the Sponsorship Elgibility approval?

Anyway it should be OK in sha Allah. There are many second marriages on this forum and some of them done with visa issued so just having a second marriage doesn't mean you will have a problem.

Medicals expired today...

10 months since file transfer (in double digits now)

11 months since Application filed and sent out

13 months since married

this really sucks....Canadian system sucks
