To tell you the truth, I don't really think there is any. All you can do is write a cover letter requesting what you want and its up to them to decide whether they will expedite your case or not. Unless there are some heath issues or other complications with the child where you can get the doctor involved, medical reports and letters requesting that the child needs its father and then they may look into jumping the queue for you...

I have some news to tell you. I emailed Islamabad before they use to say in reply that, YOUR APPLICATION IS IN QUEUE FOR INITIAL REVIEW.

But this time i emailed them thursday and i got a reply that my file is in QUEUE FOR REVIEW BY AN IMMGRATION OFFICER.

Please define the difference betoween those two replies.
