I send in April, they start processing in July and forward the file to Islamabad. And also it say medical results have been received on their website.
From the time it has gone into process, it will take about another 6-8 months if it's a husband case and maybe a bit shorter if it's a wife case |

Dear Forum User, I have send my passport to CIC on 25th june 2012, and still it shows on E-Case as "In process" and medical result have been received on 7th July 2012. Can any senior member reply me why they are taking so much time ? and is there any other members in the forum with such a similar problem as mine. Please reply.  |

Please reply. i m no senior but from wht i have read u should be getting ur passport dis month for sure  keep ur fingers crossed |

It's a husband case. And it's 6-8 months from Islamabad or altogether means including mississauga as well. |

6-8 months after ur file has opened (status on ecas went to in process), after it has transferred to isb it can take as long at 10-26 months (as others have mentioned) |

Please reply. not in the same problem, nor am i a senior but i've seen another case like that and it took 30 days after they submitted their passport that their status changed to "decision made" on ecas, and two days later they received their passport with visa. 2ndly i've read on this forum that u should wait at least 45 days after ur re-med has been sent cuz they open ur file after 45 days to check |

Can this occur? CHC/CIC losing a sponsership file? (Not that it happened or anything).
yes, they could... it happened to one of my neighbour.. she sponsored her brother and CHC lost the file  |

My wife will be doing medical on 7th Aug and submit passport as well, I am planning to book a ticket for them on 14th Sept, shall I wait for visa or go ahead?

How long does it take to change mailing address in Pakistan.
Does fax is faster than courier through TCS for CHC-I.
i would fax and courier them as well.. sometimes they dont get fax so just in case |

Same things we sent out everything they requisted in June 21st we sent them by June 25th. sense then our status show Aplication received, medecal results have been received.
i haven't heard anything after this. Keep prayer for everone.

Salam everyone I have URGENT QUESTION my wife did her medical today in Karachi but they haven give her any receipt which either show that we have paid for re-medical or that we have appeared in re-medical and when my wife asked them why they are not giving any receipts they told her that there are no receipts for re-medical and they will call her if (Allah na kare) anything goes wrong with her medical test but if she doesnt receive any call that means everything is fine and they will send results to CHC...
I really want your help on this does anyone gone through remedical in Karachi recently through IOM and do they got the same response??
they should have provided you with the payment receipt... |
