According to my study in this forum, i think it took 4 to 6 months to get PPR after the remadical + PCC atc., So, Just Hang in there and Pray for all bros.

as far as CHC is concerned nothing is normal..you nad i have almost same date our file got to islamabad on the 19th of september and we havent heard anything so far since there...

Some news to share. Today after approx 55 days of wait, status online is changed to Decision made. It further says, we received your medicals (no date is mentioned). It also says that Decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Now my wife is waiting for a TCS person to deliver the passport Hoping visa stamped in the passport. and not some other decision which I don't even want to think about

I don't know what part of Pakistan are you in where CHC mail is being delivered to your address by regular mail. In Islamabad, TCS is delivering all the correspondence.

Not sure if bribing will work and I am against it and not recommend it to anyone.

As far as delay in the mail is concerned, there are various factors. Date on letter doesn't mean the letter was dispatched the same day. Also, it depends when mail got picked up from the CHC or delivered to the mailing location. Also, most courier companies are closed on Sunday's and if you are in a city in Pakistan where Friday is observed a day off then you can do the math.

As far as your actual question on how soon can you request a PPR. It depends when you get your re-medical done, when the DMP office sends the results to New Delhi and New Delhi then processes the medical results. Approx it is 30 to 40 days. DMP office sends medical results to New Delhi via TCS. You can get the tracking number from DMP and track.

brother i dnt live in tandoaliyaar for gods sake . i live in karachi gulshan e iqbal. its the centre city. and they do send the remed by pak post registry.
anyways i did had prob in taking the appointmnet wd DMP. i got it of 25th MAy. please pray that they send it to new dehli soon

I have my sympathy with you. But I find you at fault as well for not wanting to see your husband before Nikkah day. When the girls and boys can go to the co-ed school, make friends with opposite gender, go to malls and movies together then why can't a girl see a guy or talk to him about what she seeks in a husband before getting married or Viceversa? People say, its not allowed in Islam. But why do they only look at religion when it comes to getting married? why not for the rest of the things they do and the way they live their life?
