sweet sis yar mujhe nahin pata why are you soo pissed off and using such a hard word for Niakh only cases.App ko koi bohut bari ghalat fehmi hai. Let me tell you once again k Nikah ho Ya ruksati ho yar har case indivdualy handle kia jata hai ja kar dekhen 2009-2010 ki thread ko wahan per abhi ek sis ne post kara hai k unki baby bhi hogayie hai yahan Canada mein aur unhone 2009 mein apply kara tha lakin abhi tak kuch nahin hua jab k on the other hand bohut se nikah only cases walon ka visa ho bhi gaya abb batain agar problem nikah only cases walon ki wajah se hoti to Nikah only cases walon ka kaisay hogaya aur jin ki baby tak hogayie hain un bichariyon ko kyun suffer karna para hai??? Hamari yehi problem hai yar ek doosray k uper hi gand phenkte raho jis ka faida teesra uthata hai. App bhi wohi kari ho nikah cases ko fasad kehri ho dua karnay k bajaye k Allah doosron k bhi kaam banaye aur apke bhi. Yar app such mein dil rakhti ho?  agar han to jo dard khud k liay hai woh doosron k liay bhi to rakho naa. Mein Nikah only case hun app kya samjh rahi ho mein yahan per chanay kha kar sheela ki jawani per enjoy kara hun???Mujhe appse zyada jaldi hai mano ya na mano up to you. But again its my request if you cant clear your concepts then pls atleast stop blaiming others for no reason. aur ye log jo nikkah kar k bethe hain...ye btane chale hai uski respect huh...if tm logo ko iski importance ka pata hota tou..10 10 sal nikah kar k bethe nhi rehte mazak tou tm logo ne bana rakha hai aise pak relation ko... tou tm log apna mun band rakho ..awaz canadian immigratn walo k lye nhi tm logo k lye uthani chaye... ye sb srf tm jaise complicated aur fraud logo ki waja se horha aur ye such man lo tou behtar hai...

There was amendment in Citizenship Act in 2009. If the baby is born in Pakistan or whichever country. If one or both the parents are Canadian Citizen by birth or Naturalized (landed immigrant or permanent resident) then all you have to do is fill out a form called proof of citizenship and the baby will be canadian citizen right away. However, this will delay re-medical because x-rays can't be done during pregnancy. You can only have the medical done after delivery. And this is 9 months wait.
If you are a Permanent Resident and your wife gets pregnant...good luck man...9 months for re-medical of wife and then you have to apply for the baby as a dependent.
Look at the CIC website.
Yeah i've read all the stuff already thats why i'm saying this. All this further prolongs the process. |

aur khan tmhy kis bat ki jaldi hai jane ki haan..yahe cheeze tou shak dalti hai k ye banda q jana chahrha...hai...i thnk tm sb MP k pas jao ...bat krne ka b tareka hota hai....wo zarur koi na koi action ly gae...forum mai beth k zaban chalane se kch hasil nhi hoga....26months krdiye hai may b wo kch soche ...cz 2009-2010 mai tym period 1year tha...tou ye tou kam tym tha...

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had formed a society which was free of sectarianism, racialism, nationalism and other biased behaviors. It is responsibility of the Muslim ummah to preach virtue and forbid wrong and unlawful conduct.
