A question folks, this IMM0008 E form (Application for Permanent Residence), if filling out this form upon request by CHC-I after RUKHSATI, do u think mailing and residential addresses need to be same or there should NOT be any change since u filled it out originally, or how has everyone handled filling them out again plz advise..

Nope! My wife just received a request for updated PCC and forms to be filled again in Feb2011. That was it! Nothing after that waiting for remedical and PPR... |

I Would suggest everyone who's file is in process since 12+ Months to send the following documents voluntarily because it will save ur 2 months
1: Police Certificate
2: IMM 008 Generic
3: IMM 008 Schedule-1
4: IMM 5476 Additional family information
The forms were updated in April 2010 and I think that is why they are sending these forms to be updated for the applicant that filed before April 2010. I don't think its a good idea to send these voluntarily, because when its time to finalize the application they might ask for the updated forms again to get most recent travel/education/work/family history.. |

Yeah, it says clearly to fill them in both english and native language so they might ask you to send them if required. |

It doesn't matter, what you filled out originally. People move all the time and if the address is different now then update them with the new address so all the mail goes to the current mailing address and they should also have the current residential address for the records and cross checks. |
