salam Dear brothers and sisters i come after so many days and Mashallah this forum is growing up yesterday i was in MP office and discuse all these satuation with him and  i told him when i sponsor my sopuse the time line was 9months to 12months now its 21months which is really dipressing so he said since i received an email from them last time they mention that spouse sponsorship talk 12 to 14months so its not only for spouse cases and he send an other email to them and he said wait up to 2weeks when i get the reply from them i will call you.......and yes he also said that keep sending them proof of contact your notes of assissment and etc so guys please pray for each other please its really hard time waiting is killing

Brother you should not say this to our sister saroo.... you don't know her and her situation... how she suffered without her husband with small baby... whatever she said about Pakistan was not becuz of hate but it was 100% true... it is our country's reputation which causes the delays in our process... this is very unfortulate but we are all responsible for this... we vote these nonsese everytime and face concequences....since they are only filling up their own pockets and making huge transactions in swiss accounts... and also note that I know sister saroo personaly and she is a wonderful wonderful person....  you know as Pakistani we say everything against pakistani govt and system etc but we can't tolerate when somone else tries to show us mirror.... and I would like to say about SAROO she is much much more PAKISTANI than INDIAN.. even if she was born there but raised in Canada... and she loves Pakistan same like we all do....

Very true since everyone knows the sutuation in pak so plz stop accusing others for saying the truth and Sarro is very good, respected  and loving person i love her very much.

You both have a very similar timeline as my wife. She received her AOR in last week of March2010 as well. Have you guys not received any request for updated PCC or any of the forms??

hmmmm yes ur right u know we have been updating CHC with docs an proof of communication and have sent updated PCC alongwith in september 2010 so we are hoping for remed + PPR soon

Just an advise for everyone keep sending proofs like new pics in different occasions birthday's party, outting, phone bills ......ect voluntarily without waiting for embassy  request it'll help a lot and make officer work easy to juge that marriage is genuine that way the process will be faster.

yes you are right that is what MP told me yesterday keep sending them proof of communication skype oovoo and other pictures and if you guys use oovoo its better than skype and much clear and you can easly record your vedio conversation so keep it up i will not stop contacting them as much as i can i cant keep my corspondance in minimum

there is no harm requesting the CAIPS notes.. in just 5 bux u will get everything....
