Humaumair Jee, do you have your Quebec Selection Certificate for your husband?
I received my husband Quebec Selection Certificate in MAY 2010 and I sent a copy of that to ISB CHC along side the original supplementary forms we were asked to submit. Quebec should be able to speed up its process from ISB CHC since we have our own Immigrant system here.
Oh well, I will call Quebec Immigration to seek more info on this.

Sounds like a troll to me, its fake. Look in red above he/she got 2 PPRs wow, yaha ek ko taras gaye hum.....Person registered in March and by reading his posts (below) I am sure he/she is fake and trying to just play around!

It was possible in 2008/2009 even I know of a case that got a visa in 6 months back in 2009 But not anymore...It is fake! Unless the person made a typing mistake and wrote 2010 instead of 2009. |

nope,1st i recieved my IMM forms and pcc then after 2 weeks i received my re-med, forms and pcc mei nei abhi submit karwaye hai bec pcc buhat dino mei bana without husband life is really difficult...  |
