So guys I have another good news..
skilled workers Program will also apply for those who are sponsoring spouse that have a Professional degree and get priority hits on the immigration board..
So if your Wife or husband as a Professional Degree it will reduce your time-line I thinks its a smart move.
For those who Applied in Quebec 21 months time-line is depreciated to 19 months (Quebec Selection Process is not counted in Cic website) Because Quebec choose its own Immigrants...Funny to say but that Quebec thing is very lame CHOOSE YOUR OWN IMMIGRANT LOL give me a break anyways.
Ok Friday I'm meeting with some Liberals I need to bring some key Point please give me Feedback

under contact information on CHC Islamabad website:http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/visas/email-courriel.aspx?lang=engit says:If someone other than an applicant is enquiring, for example the sponsor or host on a visitor case, a representative or other concerned individual, please ensure that we have written authorization to disclose personal information PDF * (39 KB) from our client. Without this authority to release information, the Privacy Act does not permit us to reply. Does that mean I cannot write them without written authorization letter from my wife ?
What happens if I write them without the letter?
I am sponsoring my wife, will they ask for the letter or they don't care about it ??

Hi Ali,
To Answer your question,
When you do a specific Case Inquiry in the bottom of the page theirs is a attachment tab you must use that and load the page and send it to them with the inquiry so they can proceed with the request and Leak the info.
Yes the first time you have to do it

That sucks, so now I will have to ask my wile to fill that form out and scan it to me..... is it better that she emails them instead of me ?
so what about the MP; I was thinking about contacting my MP's office this week too, do they need this letter too ??

Tell her to scan it and send it to you by email,
you may need it again in the future and also for the MP they will do the inquiry on your behalf so you wont need it but keep it with you if they ever ask.

If you have a Aor Copy with a Time-Line on it take that with you and show it to your mp so he can be convinced from your side and then talk about Aor time line most of the time.

yar i applied from quebec....does it mean it wil take 19 months ??  also i called my MP to send me the mail she got from isl embassy saying that my file is with the decision making officer and she said she cant forward it to me as it is confidential .....i am the sponsor....ye kya baat hoye? |
