CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Assalam O Alikum everyone,

Alhamdulillah. By the grace of Almighty Allah my wife got her Visa today. Alhamdulillah.  Mash'Allah Barakallahu Feek.  Thanks for all the prayers brothers and sisters.

Timeline:

Applied: December 2009 (Mississauga)
CHC-I: February 2010 (AOR)
More proof requested: October 2010
Re-medical and Re-PCC request: November 2010
January 2011: In queue to be reviewed by the decision making officier
March 2011: PPR request (Alhamdulillah)
March 14, 2011: Visa (Alhamdulillah - Masha'Allah Barakallahu Feek)

Insha'Allah, everyone will get the visa soon by the grace of Almighty Allah.  Make dua.  Make dua for me and my wife as well.  May Almighty Allah bless us all with all the best always.  Ameen, Suma Ameen.

Congratulations! May both of you have a wonderful life together! Was it a full rukhsati case or a nikah only? How long after the medical expiry did you get the re-med?

Assalam O Alikum Sister, it was a nikkah only case.  We got the re-med 1 week after the expiry.

In APR 2011 it will be exactly 12 months since AOR was recvd APR 2010. ISB CHC re-requested the following forms on FEB 24 2011:
RE-PCC
FAMILY MEMBERS
PERMANENT RESIDENCE FORM
SUPPLEMENTARY FORMS
My husband re-sent all completed forms by TCS and someone at ISB CHC by the name of NASIR received them.

When will we get the RE-MEDICAL and PPR request???

there are questions in the forms like "has your sponsor met any of your freinds/relatives"..."has you met sponsor's friends/relatives"...
my question is...do we have to write the names of the people we met BEFORE marriage or WHENEVER (before & after)
there is another question in sponsor questionnaire..."have you resided in countries other than canada?"...my wifey landed in canada in 2002 as PR...so she should write the countries names she lived in after 2002 OR for entire her life??? before 2002 also?? (she lived in lahore since brith untill 2002)

Thank you for the kinds words Marya, however nothing really helps with this stress. Especially when my husband keeps pushing me to go to Pakistan but what he doesnt want to understand is that my work is not permitting me to take any vacation days for the moment.
And he easily says " forget the job, quit " but then who will pay for my mortgage, car, insurances, bills, CC payments ect ... When he comes here and starts living here then he will realize how life in Pakistan for him was so much easier ... Its easy sitting at your fathers shop and doing nothing!!! I call it " MAKIYAN MAARING " LOL

Hi everyone,

I just recieved an e-mail from my MP'S office that the case has been finalized and passport was recieved and the applicant will be recieving the documents back with in the next couple of days.

So Insha Allah may the end of this week my husband will recieve his passport back.
