bahi m not sis , m bro, rehi baat call ke jo aap krty hnn, wo aap ka postpaid hai k prepaid connection? anso sister, she's a student and can't go for it :S...but I do call her daily and we talk over phone for about 2 hours...
isn't it enough proof of contact over phone??? we also do 2-3 hours of Skype Video Call, text messages on cell phones and emails daily. please guide sis.

 same here brother i was just wondering why your case is taking soo long?  it's in process since 2007  ... seems like you got rejected first and then won the appeal process...huh?? please share because that time i am not citizen over here  |

because that time i am not citizen over here A salam A and Good morning to whom who lives in canada and good evening to whom who live in Pakistan wish every one is ok and fine and they get their PPR with me as soon as possiable i am really upset for Shaema its really stupid after this long time waiting we get some thing like this ,but as other friends sujestions her husband should submit bills and stuff ,but one thing i want to ask her why they didnt submit all these at the begining or if they did like as we submit still i dont think that we submit our house contract bill of our cridet atleast i didnt submit these two ,but financial statment mean notes of assisment and all other stuf i did send and i did send my 2010 notes of assiment as well how every some one in this forum said you dont need to send it cause you already approve as an sponcor ,but again i send them notes of assisment new job letter phone bill skype picture westren union ricept and many more |

3-days ago, my wife received letter from CHC, Islamabad to send Police Character Certificate. Today, she sent the requested letter. Let see, what happens next? Sponsored in July, 2009.

thanks for that advice ppl are scaring me and i am really stressed out and your piece of advice gas really calmed me down alot....  thanks Don't worry, this is very simple. All he needs to do is provide owership of his car in Canada, House, Bills, any email to his name coming to canada. if he filed taxes then copy of that. Also when he sends these documents he should write them a letter explaning why he had to leave Canada. Any documents proving he left for education attach it. Also it doesn't hurt to attach future plans. Any credit cards invoice (ofcouse white out the card number) bank invoice - include all that.
Like I said my brother was asked the same question but they wanted to know "where he was between May - August" only.
InshAllah everything will be fine. Don't worry.

hi khan 82, My husband when he applied for me he did submit his job description as well as the details of the place he was renting and he was approved by cpc-missisaga, if they have approved him as a sponsor so this letter from them is a just another delaying tactic

Shaima i read ur post and for 1 sec my heart stopped beating..u said u had tears in ur eyes..well after reading ur post i had tears in mine too. But like others have said it is NOT a refusal at all.. be thankful that God has given u a chance to provide proof to chc.. some people unfortunately don't get that chance either. so cheer up Now is the time for some action.. Ask your husband to show proof of all ties in canada like family, Property etc. You might also want to join The other Forum immigration.ca/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=22&title=islamabad-processing-time. I remember reading cases there where people had received the same kind Of objection letter as u.. it might be good to follow up with them Pray as much as you can and have faith in God.. inshAllah everything will work out. |
