Kya howa bahi anso sister, she's a student and can't go for it :S...but I do call her daily and we talk over phone for about 2 hours... isn't it enough proof of contact over phone??? we also do 2-3 hours of Skype Video Call, text messages on cell phones and emails daily. please guide sis. |

its not a refusal but after sooooo many months they sent this?  what the hell.....didnt they know b4 that the requirements r not fullfilled? yar kuch bhi ho skta hai ab...im scared...mera AOR 2009 ka hai yar dec ka...abhi tak nothing..ALLAH khair keray... first i thought ye maximus ka letter hai o no..maximus where r u update us letter mai kya hai Relax Huma .. Don't worry, this is very simple. All he needs to do is provide owership of his car in Canada, House, Bills, any email to his name coming to canada. if he filed taxes then copy of that. Also when he sends these documents he should write them a letter explaning why he had to leave Canada. Any documents proving he left for education attach it. Also it doesn't hurt to attach future plans. Any credit cards invoice (ofcouse white out the card number) bank invoice - include all that. Like I said my brother was asked the same question but they wanted to know "where he was between May - August" only. InshAllah everything will be fine. Don't worry. |
