Alhamdulilah My wife received her Passport back with the visa... Inshallah leaving soon... Thanks for all your help guys... You gave me and my wife valuable information and details regarding other cases plus lots of Duas which we will cherish... Inshallah I hope that all of you guys get your visa's quickly...
So this is how the process started
Submitted Documents to CPC - Mississauga by Jan 8 2010
AOR Received on Feb 27 2010
Process Started Feb 24 2010 -- based on AOR
Kept waiting...
March 23 2010: Applied for Visit Visa
June 19 2010: Received Visit Visa
July 2010 : Went to do Mehindi , Ruksati and Valima etc + honeymoon
Wife went back to Pakistan in September
After Novemeber 2010 -- 9 mths expired contacted Islamabad Agency
Generic Response: File in Process enque for Initial Review
Jan 04 2011: Received Re:Medical Request
Jan 05, 2011: Completed Medical and send the results
Ordered CAIPS Notes: Found out file was opened on Dec 16, 2010
Emailed Islamabad on Jan 25, 2010: File is in process, waiting to be reveiwed by decision making officer
Received PPR: Feb 23 2011
Sent PPR: Feb 23, 2011
March 09, 2011 - Received Visa
Fahadq, any information you can provide on how you went about getting a visit visa? From what I have heard there is a high chance of rejection when you have a PR application in process. Since you were successful I would like to know what all you provided them. |

Guys i have been requested for re-medical and pcc and some additional forms. My passport expires in July 2011. If CHC asks for my passport, will i have to submit this passport or can i get it renewed and send it along with my current one? I am confused, please help!!!

My husband is an APRIL 2010 AOR and we just re-sent all the forms ISB CHC requested last week.
They did not ask my husband for a re-medical but I think they will in APRIL 2011 INSHALLAH

plz can u share ur timeline Hi everyone, I got email from Islamabad that my file in queue for review by a decision maker. Anyone has any idea how long it take for the next stage. Should i sent some update documents or just should i wait. Thank, for replying in advance  |

It is better to renew your passport. Every embassy needs atleast 6 months validity left in order to issue the visa. |

IMM0008 Application for PR, IMM0008 Schedule 1, Additional Family Information, and Supplementary Information Form. Basically everything except the questionaire. |

Fahad bahi Congratulations to you and to your wife that she has recieved her passport back with the visa. Insha Allah i think my husband and Knaeem bahi are the next recieving their visa now.
Wish you both a very good future togeather and all the very best. Enjoy married life and have lots of fun in Canada since summer is coming up and i am looking forward to see my husband and my friend Sidney is looking forward to meet her husband knaeem bahi.

it is possible what your friend told you.. but their basic purpose is to update applicants information and current situation.... so if we think positively then i guess getting updates is the only reason to send supplementry forms...  knaeem bro I'm really impressed with your knowledge of immigration matters ...it's really informatory to read your posts since I joined the forum...are you a lawyer? just wondering...but if you are not, I would highly recommend you start your own business in Canada as family immigration consultant ... thanks bro for your nice work and please keep visiting & advising on this forum even after landing in canada...tc |
