m a wife case ..from june 2010..my husband lives in calgary n he met MLA ... he told the whole story..they called my husband after 2 weeks & they said ur case is 25 months old n its in que for interviw...m hoping to get something in august as it will b 26 months completed.. can any one tell me if it is in que for interview how much time more??

2. micmac101 (Well they asked many questions about our relationship. How long have we known each other,when did we get married. One was about the age difference me being 58 and him 40.I had converted to Islam in 2006 and had hard times. He was intoduced to me through an online friend I had known about 4yrs.
 The interviewer was impressed about my coming here to visit him several times and my husband told him i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband.
We had brought more documents for them to be examined but he said they had enough already.
The interview to 2 1/2 hrs. My husband came out smiling and was told a letter would be received in the mail. Now what all this means I don't know but we hope and pray its good news coming.)

sis order GCMS notes  so as u can know the reason of interview
why they have  put ur file in interview queue.. it was full wedding  simple straight forward case
that is how u can order GCMS as someone    told me
Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Canada (You can scan and email it to her after you fill it out and sign it).

1 - Form name IMM5475E

IMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored (YOU). IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor (YOUR Husband or you can fill out his information).

Pay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with his credit card. Your husband/You will have to register with them, just provide your husband's email and create a password;

You can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on his given email address as well.

The form that you need to fill, check I authroize ------ .. give all your information and write your husband's name  and address in the designated person section. Sign in the signature of applicant space and date it. Your husband doesn't need to sign in the spouse space.

The form that your husband needs to fill will require his information and then check electronic file, write Visa office as Islamabad and the rest of the info.   

Scan and attach both forms and the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp   @   cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject from your husband's email account. Hope it helps

Really sorry R.Mujgani, I didn't want my posts to bring down all those that are waiting for a really long time, and I had to think a long time before sharing my timeline, but then I figured if it can help some future applicants then I should share, esp. when lots of people were saying that husband cases take longer.

I don't know the details of your case, but please know that Allah (SWT) has a plan for everyone, and things will only go as they are meant to, even if it's hard for us to see the benefit in it. CHC, the devil, or anyone else can do all they want but nothing comes before Allah's (SWT) will.

So please don't lose hope, stay strong..there is much more benefit in this for you than you can see, InshAllah, and keep praying. I'll also pray for you!
