REALLY?  WHAT A GREAT NEWS  I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEB OF 2009!!! the processing time of 21 months is not true but 16 months is true. it is actually taking 16 months to process an application.

WHAT A GREAT NEWS I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEB OF 2009!!! i dont know about ur case but my cousin applied in july 2009, and his wife got PPR in jan 2011...his case got complicated coz he filed the application outside canada as he is a citizen. even after this complication his wife got the PPR in jan 2011 after an interview. |

Hello Everyone,
I have been following this forum for a few months now, and it is very helpful to see so many people experiencing the same thing we are. Alhamdulillah we received re-IMM Forms this week. Hopefully that means PPR is not far now inshallah.
I had some questions about the forms, if some could please offer advice:
1. Do I need to supply a photo for the IMM0008 General form again?
2. Should I send a PCC along with the forms? They have not asked for one, but would it help if I did?
3. Should I send additional proof such as Western Union receipts and pics from a visit in December? Again, they have not asked for that information either.

well as my openion i send them Prove of contact such as westren Union receipts Pics of my vist telephone bills boarding pass entry and exit page of my passport skype pictures email greeting cards honeymoon celebriting pictures and etc its really helpfull for your case cause you wont get an other letter latly to send more prove of contact ,but about PCC and Re medical i think you should wait until they ask you for it

No need to attach any photos with the form, no need to provide PCC since not asked for. My wife was asked for PCC and re-IMM. So if they havn't asked for it, dont send it because your background checks might have been done already hopefuly. If they need it they will ask for it. Additional proofs are always a good idea, so send whatever you can, photos from the visit, receipts, chats, call logs, etc.. and creat a cover letter listing everything you are sending. |

wanted to ask that when the PPR letter comes and if in case no one is home then what ? coz i am leaving for canada in a week and only my mother in law is home..sometimes she is not home also....peechay se ppr aa gaya to kia ho ga?

No need to provide any photos, no need to provide PCC since not asked for. My wife was asked for PCC and re-IMM. So if they havn't asked for it, dont send it because your background checks might have been done already hopefuly. If they need it they will ask for it.
