Hi everyone, I have a question? My Mp contacted CHC and wanted to know what was happening cause its 5wks today since my hubby's interview ok and they told her that this takes several wks and they may want to do a second interview. So my question is why would they want a second interview?
I also started that Surah Yaseen. its beautiful and I was told by my husband that this Surah is the Heart of the Holy Quran. Your message is rather vague but I want to bring your attention to the marriage of different culture usually gets hard time for approval & those chc (crazy heartless creature) look at these cases very critically. So it would be in your best interest that should accompany your souse to the embassy when called for the interview. Plus have you ever visited your spouse and how many times, and if your wedding pictures & your honeymoon pictures were sent in or not. I don't mean to scare you but because of different culture they look at this kind of marriage as a marriage of convenience. May Allah help you. |

its not realli fair for some people but remember LOVER he married also a new convert to Islam n his case was finalized in 14 months n he had a daughter as well... so depends on how CHC workers feel n their moods |

Once someone has a child then the case becomes stronger so they would not consider fake marriage because of that. Otherwise there have been few cases which I read in the past were treated terribly bad. |

RedJeans and ek-larki my current address is also showing city name and canada.should v update this to complete address? and mailing address is of pakistan and they ask to give canadian mailing address.......any member who have gone through this,can help us whether to update or not since we hav not yet received the passport back
Do it after u get passport back. We did it after landing. |

Imtihaan - was the address in correct on your landing papers and you had to change it at the airport? Do it after u get passport back. We did it after landing.
