MASHALLAH MASHALLAH MASHALLAH.....CHC is being super nice with me in my case....as I mentioned earlier in June CHC asked me to submit more proof and explain them when I would go for my ruksati..I did send them the proof of contact and an explanation letter telling them that I have already planned ruksati in November even before CHC asked me for that....after submiting all that my wife then received called on June 23rd conferming date of Ruksati and Walima reception and the representative told her that she will be getting her remedical and everything else will finalize once thy recevied pics from ruksati and walima....Guess what yesterday my wife received her remedical and today she recieved another letter asking her to fillout IM008 and IM 50046  along with the pics and send them within 45 days AFTER RUKSATI so that they can finalize my case I found it extreamly positive responce that they are continusly working on my case instead of delaying it due to Nikah only MASHALLAH I am feeling extreamly proud as I always stood on my gournd regarding Nikah only case and Inshallah now my case will make it easier for others in a same boat. once again have your full faith in ALLAH PAK he is supreme and can change everything in your favour my case is a solid example now.

I feel for you Khushi, you and I are in the same shaky boat. Im praying for you sweetheart, dont worry inshallah there is still time until eid, something wonderful can happen any day now.

Myself, Im going to Pakistan in August and will stay there with my husband until PPR comes. I know you advised me against it but I cant tolerate living alone anymore, so I took an extended leave from work and will be reaching Karachi on August 18, inshallah.

Im still praying for you though, you and I are the only two left!

Yeah when i advised u that time it  seemed like our cases won't take long ..As ppl of nov/dec  were started getting ppr's ....But don't know y do we hv to wait long every time? They never update our ecase regarding med results or any progress! GCMs says nothing has started ..Y they r sitting on some files?

I feel for you and I pray for you from the bottom of my heart.

The part I have bolded, my wife tells me the same thing. People here also me this question "biwi kab aaigi". I am sick and tired of answering this question. Over there, my wife is sick and tired of answering the question "visa hua". Eid will be horrible for her if the visa is not issued before Eid. The questions will be unbearable.

Thank you raptor !Yeah ppl r lack in education here ..They just keep on pressing the weakest part ...But some ppl r actually sincere and they do ask bc they care for u .But some of them feels happy and just bother u and they do feel happy in heart .
You should not worry too mush as ur misery is almost over ..as I said before that its a matter of few days now ..I hope u'll get pp back before august starts..But surely before eid!

I was let down by many forum mebers when I used to say that Nikah case are not a problem and we should plan our ruksati accordint to what we want not what CHC want from us and Mashllah I did exactly the same I was able to saved up for my ruksati and I am doing it as planned by my family not by geting presurise by CHC infact CHC is now focusing so closely on my case and waiting for my responce instead of me waiting for their ALLAH PAK IS SUPREMER SARI TAREEFEIN SIRF AUR SIRF ALLAH PAK K LIAY HAIN..mene hamesha ALLAH Per bahrosa rakh kar nikah cases ko defend kara aur ALLAH pak ne meri izzat rakhli in my case Inshallah sab ke kaam ban jayenge.

Congratulations bro ! My timeline is same but still isn't getting the ppr.I don't know wht's tking them so long time.It's simple & straight forward case no interview no doubt's in our marriage as i had my baby born as well in Canada.So they should now got pity on my & gv me visa so that i can join my wife & son.

Yup Khushi is right.

Ppl used to say that to me to and all I wud say is that Allah knows best and they wud say "Phir bhi" n I wud say Phir bhi Allah knows best. And they wud shut up. And once u leave they say so when r u coming back? I said.....not anytime soon. Sorry to be blunt to them but that's the way to deal with people unfortunately.

Don't let them get to u or ur wifey or ur hubby. Just have faith and that's it.

I need your help. My wife & son are now with me in Pakistan and we are so happy because we are together and we are enjoying to much. but now i am sad too because they are going back to Canada on 2nd August Sad my application in process and the status showing is...application received to sponsor ABC on 17th January 2012.I have not heard from them at all, nor by email or by mail. Should i be concerned? or should i contact them again by email? is there anything i can do in order to know whether my file has been opened or not?

I am very confused...and feel like I have no power or information on my case.
I really don't want to see my wife leave with my child on august 2nd while leaving me behind.....my child is only 3 months old and I would love to be with him as they both, my wife and child are in great need of me.

what should or CAN I do?

I would say you should wait for your turn. I strongly suggest you that do not try to email CHC-ISB again and again until and unless you have any information to share. The reason of saying this because if you send email in ever 2 weeks or in a moth or in 2 to 3 months then your file might push backed. In my case, I filled last year in march and i just send 2 emails to share my personal updated information and my wife got Visa in Jan 2012. and now my wife is with me here. I never ordered GSM record until my wife got Visa. The reason I never got ordered GSM because one of Immigration Officer once suggested that if you order GSM record again and again then your file will be pushed back and take more time to process then as it is required to....

Again, never try to bother immigration office by sending emails and asking for GSM. Just try to contact with them when you have to share some type of information... I informed to everyone here about this thing but no one took attention...

Best of Luck and just wait and be positive...
I can understand your feeling but just pray for good now...
