Yes, I think so. May be Eligibility is Pass now.. not sure though.. Will wait for someone else to comment by experience..

im going off the topic pardon in advance , any buudy would like to giv some info lik i need personal note book orginizer but i dont kno the brand so anybody would lik to help me out  definately from canada i kno some uk brands but not canadian would lik to share

Umme Hani, the days of those personal notebooks are gone now..  even your iPhone or any other high quality phone Android based can do it for you. 

Secondly, tablets have all kind of software like Outlook etc.. Note Book and small laptops are the way to go.. 

I had one from Casio which is till working I do not use.. However, a market research can find you something..

Probably I am too depressed today.. There are some very small one available.. but seriously buy something like a tablet or phone.. it will do every thing for u even better.. Though the choice is yours..
