I don't think there is much to worry about alot of people do that and now your case is almost at the last stage. InshAllah everything will be fine

bhai jaan just wait they are not dealing with JUNE AOR yet once they open your file and find it missing they will send you a request along with other required documents.

I think u should send the PCC...there is no harm in sending one...and u can attach the letter that u missed the PCC and now ur sending it.....I think its better idea to send one

To All Those who have the Spousal Sponsorships in process and their sponsors either husband or wife are Permanent Residents of Canada and not the Citizen of Canada must know this absolute requirement that:

The Sponsor must be living in Canada at the time the Application is sent to CPC Mississauga and at the time a Permanent Resident visa is issued to his wife or her husband.


So if your PR sponsor is living here in Pakistan until your case is finalized, then be ready for refusal.  Also be aware that there is no appeal if you are refused due to this requirement.  You will have to re-apply again starting from zero.

Canadian Citizens who are sponsoring their spouse, however, do not need to fulfill this requirement.

                                         Pii jee pehli baat yeh k ager aap ko AOR  k baaad abi tak koi Suplimentry Form, Additional documents ke request nhi aye tu, NO problem, coz jab wo yeh mangain gay tu sath may PCC ke v request ho ge, Kyounk Suplimentry form nd Additional documents mostly har case may Talab ke gaye hnnn, jahan tak may ny dehka ha, ess lye aap tension na lo,
                                                                    Aur ek aur Chouti c baat wo yeh k PCC , 6 month k lye nhi hota, only 3 month k lye hota ha. dont mind

depends on the place which is issuing you the pcc for instance, karachi district issues the pcc for 6 months and rawalpindi district issues it for only 3 months

Since 9 months are passed already as you mentioned above, it is advised that you should send a PCC now, as soon they are going to open the file for wife case OR else you can wait untill they send you a request letter which may delay the process for 30-45 days, that is the only point I see. If you send it now it may be valid for the next 6 months meaning by that time wife case should be completed.

FYI. My colleaque & I filled his spouse application in Sep 2010 and sent without the medical. It was approved and forwarded to CHC-I in Nov 2010, since than no request for medical; however ecase status show's "We started processing xxxx application on Novxxx. We have received your medical".
