Khilafah, how do we convey the message to Mr. Kenney that the folks at CHC-I handling 2010 are sleeping and not working.. I know 2011 are flying.. but old folks - the stubborn VOs - are not working properly..  dont know why they are slow on 2010 cases most 2010 cases eithier the sponsor isnt on top his game and isnt that interest looking into what is going with there cases or eithier they started looking after 14-16 months since file transfered look at 2011 cases mostly every member is really active sending in proof,ordering caips,talking to MP soon as they see cases move closer to there transfer date |

Could be one of the reasons; before I joined this forum, I had no idea of CAIPS etc. I ordered it 3 and half weeks ago. Hope fully next week I should get it. That will show the picture.. I sent a lot of documentation to the suckers.. Talked to MP in Mar.. still nothing.. I believe if GCMS says nothing done.. then I will have to write to Mr. Kenney and send it through my MP.. To get MP's endorsement first.. Do you think it will work? |

I send in total 5 letters, 1 fax + 3 times visited MP & ordered CAIPS nothing happened yet. - Letters are computerized blue color letters “says ever time your cases is in process”. - Fax didn't received any respond from them yet. - CAIPS only accept our relationship nothing else says on it. - MP first time enquiry says” your file is with immigration officer”. Second time your medical received and valid till November 2010. And when I went the 3rd time to see the MP , they said that don't come any more we will enquiry about your case after 3 months, it means that when 26th month arrived you didn't hear anything from CHC I, then we will send them e-mail. Khilafa bhai .my hubby went MP so many times they never cooperated with him .they never told us about interview her bar yhe jawab hota wait krn 26 month time blah blah..he went again few days ago they said if u dont get enything till mid of July then come again thats all my GCMS shows nothing now we r waiting for email response which he sent to Mr.Kenney but mujy lagta hy is sy kuch nhe ho ga Fax: 613-992-1920 EMail: jason.kenney @ parl.gc.ca 2010 ppl try to email him and complain against CHC ISB |
