Alhamdulliah ... by the grace of Allah Almighty i got my ppr todayyyyy in da morning at 9:30 am ....
 
i cannot express my feelings in wordsss ... u guys r always a great help, thank u so much for being dere always ....
inshAllah now all the 2010 cases r gettin processed , and all wil hear good news inshAllah in june 2012 ...
they dont send ppr to many ppl in one day, inshAllah they will b sending pprs to the pending cases very very sooon

Someone plz tell me when i will be getting ppr InshaALLAH...what addresss on envelop should i write  ? ?Do i need to send any cover letter along with PPr letter ? ? ?
Can i send the same pics with ppr which i recently put on remed form (taking within six months) the size of pics for ppr or remd  is  same or not ? ?

i m in trouble n i lost my health now day by day they sent me a 
letter in 2 tyms a/c to them bt i cant get it yet i dont knw watz 
going on i m so depressed n its very hard tym to me our MP is very 
helpful n he told them that they send us a letter via email but they 
send me a letter again by mail i dont knw via pakistan post or TCS bt 
i cant get it ,,,

they update the process time for spouse visa still for paksitan is 26 months but thanks God they increase india 6 to 8 months a little happpy...
but hard to understand to the attitude of chc office with applicatn.
they are giving some cases visa in 9 months , some 16 monts some ,22 mon ths and some still are waktring more than 2 year.....

                                                            SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP FROM PAKISTAN

Why Our Gov't  has one of the slowest process for  spousal sponsorship from Pakistan and currently the timeline for issuing the visa is 26 months, and the time I applied was Sept 2010 when the timeline was only 16 month, but there are many people waiting for the visa since then, and for some cases the visa is not issued for 5 years or more but on the other hand for people who need visa as student, entrepreneur or skill worker and even for trv/visitor's visa does not take more than 2 months. All of those visas include back ground check as well, but just for getting our spouses to come to Canada and before submitting the spousal sponsorship application the police clearance certificate from Pakistan,  medical, marriage certificate and all the required documents are submitted with application so why they have to take years in process which is nothing but a torture. If we look at United states and United kingdom, they don't even take this long to go through back ground check or issuing a visa whenever Canada take's such a long time for this process just because the Gov't doesn't think that there is any benefit from the spouses even though we have to send money from Canada for our spouses and which is not good for our economy either. Whenever if husband and wife work in Canada and support Canadian economy and some of them may be looking into starting business, but the Canadian government just ignore them somehow, which is not fair and it shows that it has two tier systems, one system for the desirable by the Gov't and the other is for undesirable by the Gov't. That is totally lacking humanity and compassion keeping families apart especially whenever this great country is known to be one of the most tolerant and humanitarian.

I can't imagine how to cope under these untenable circumstances. Especially when I see there are so many other applications which had been submitted in 2011 and so many months later after I applied, have received the visas while they just neglect some applicants for years to be interviewed or even after the interview they may take another year or so to clear those applications.
If we search through Google CHC, Islamabad spouse sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010  and see the website called “canadavisa.com” and go to the page where it had been posted since May 18th  2011 at 7:o8 p.m. which  shows 2011 applications  getting  through  but when you  check May 18th   2011at 12:18 p.m. post shows 2010 applications are still waiting to be reviewed and no visa had been issued for so long and these are just a fraction of the total immigration cases where some people know about this forum and are posting and sharing their problems.

The lack of transparency from Canadian high commission Islamabad is so depressing; one cannot anticipate what will happen at any given time with any certainty.  The entire process is as intimidating as it is haphazard and arbitrary, and in dire need of revision or preferably audit, because the system is not working as first in first out but rather it's a total chaos.

I also have same timeline and got the letter too there should be someone in canada that is properly monitoring these people and applicants can go and make complants

one of my friend's brother is working in canada,,he is not a citizen yet,, in order to avoid to avoid this long torturous spousal immigration process recently he applied for his wife on work permit,,his application has been accepted and her process is going to end with in 4 months,,,n then after reaching to Canada her wife ll apply for inland immigration,,i wonder ppl r so witty n intellect n specially lucky,,, although he is in Canada on temporary bases but still he found a short cut,,n those who are a legal citizen n living there for ages are just suffering.

u r rite mrs.amir but unfortunately thers no sch system. there r no rights for the applicants,,i believe dis all is based on luck and fate,,, the one who r lucky cn get rid off this torture easily.
we are totally helpless,we can only pray and hope for the best.

My ecase shows in process before getting ppr..it also says " we started processing ur application on 13th June..even our file transfers havevthe same date..so just pray tht I get my ppr on Monday or Tuesday as I got a reply n it said..
" we sent a request letter to the applicant on 16th June 2012 n given 14 days to comply"
Do pray for me n gud luck to u too...
