Ya u r right here but u know wht frustration can do.But with tht note i will let u know CHC-ISB isn't performing as ppl are expecting.They aren't

following FIFO rule put up by CIC-ISB & neither they are processing our 2010 applicants which really make more frustration. We can aggree the timlimit

they have put in but not following the rules they put in will make us suffer more deeper in confusion as we 2010 applicants told on their AOR tht they will

complete our case in 9months & afterwards they are keep incereasing the time & now by the time our turns come they r issuing 2011 applicants in 9-15

months timeline.So where is our right 2 get our visa & b with our spouse with fifo rules????Though apologies if any 1 hurts 4rom our 2010 applicants.

No its not depressing     @     all indeed it got rid of depression.Its upon ure thinking.We ppl should get the list of ppl who r in interview Que & convience them to e-mail CHC-ISB     @     once.Or if not then we all should go on 2gether & e-mail them 2morrow     @     sametime so that we can get some attention from CIC & get our case faster & with fifo rules put up by CHC-ISB.So any 1 wana join on e-mail list most wellcome.Origin of the e-mail should be same 4 all applicants mailing CHC-ISB

It is not exactly complain: Put it in a positive way and tell Mr. Minister that just because someone at CHC-I chooses to do things his own way brings bad name to the foreign office. This is a curable ailment.. and hard on people who are waiting..  and CHC-I is being partial..

This should not be a big deal.. If people want to stay anonymous they can (give reason to stay anonymous - repercussion & backlash from CHC-I).. But do send in something en-mass..

usually how does it take for isl to receive a file after cic-m sends it to them, and then what is their mode of telling the sponsor/applicant that we got your file, and how do they send the applicant their file number? i am guessing the file itself takes prob a 2-3 weeks max, but that is if it is sent by air... any one know by experience...

Ok I will work on it. If it is an anonymous letter Fax the letter to them do not email.. If you wanna disclose your id then email..

make a strategy.. and follow the same strategy.. all of us who wanna bring heads-up to the Minister.

I have a story to tell:

CRA had refused some tax credits for me. So I lodged an appeal. They were supposed to comeback on it in three months and they did not. Today morning I called them and the guy on the other end agreed with almost everything that I told him. Hopefully he will give me credits.

Lesson is that people at high level are reasonable people (unless they have a hidden agenda which does not look like as 2011 cases are flying), they might also know the problem but find it hard to substantiate or validate unless there are complains/issues reported.

These actions give them leverage to work upon and launch an investigation if need be. And THIS IS ALL WE WANT.. 

All of us can send in anonymous faxes from Canada Post, pay them cash.
