I have been silent reader of this forum but today while browsing internet I found information about GCMS/CAIPS. After, reading below given link you will understand why it is not good to order GCMS/CAIPS and that might affect in file processing...

could someone tell me if my husband will get remedical or not...his medical was expired in April and they increased expiry upto 15 months according to new rule..rite? so his initial review was done before 15 months..... now is he gonna get remedical or not?? seniors??

he probably won't have to do a re-medical exam.

I had applied through a laywyer here, the letter is dated 16th May, but we got it on June 6th, we've notified them that we received it late, hopefully it will all work out inshAllah. My e-cas is showing the same thing from 2 years, that the began processing my application on July 22, 2010.

My address didn't disappear this time, althought it has disappeared many times in the past, but with no update, so I think it has no significance whatsoever.

How did you notify? I sent them an email because ours is May 10th and got it June 7th, like wtf?

They didn't send via TCS. It was registered mail.

I have already emailed them but what you say is not a bad idea.

as today i got my re-medical and i will do my medical on Monday but not ppr with it so you guys means to say that i should pay that fee " the Right of permanent residence fee" right now and send them a copy or should i wait there call

i don't think so, it will effect on case but when u order GCMS it also show on your report.

hey did u know about this... u can send the receipt of landing fee payment by email to mississauga....

as of June 1st 2012, if it has been less than 15 months since your first medical, they can extend it for another 12 months. so they can issue you your visa without doing another medical exam.
