ughhh i hate this i been together wit my husband for 3 years, 17 months since file in chc n they decided to pull this prank on us now... i was sooo hoping nad prayni that my hubby after 3 years comes to me n we can spend our life together soon n have our first ramadan this year in Canada (and mannnni mannni mannni more to come insha'allah) but right now im like a broken glass it hurts realli bad |

could someone tell me if my husband will get remedical or not...his medical was expired in April and they increased expiry upto 15 months according to new rule..rite? so his initial review was done before 15 months..... now is he gonna get remedical or not?? seniors??

Assalam-o-Alaikum Everyone! I have good new to share... Alhamdulillah with the grace of Almighty Allah, Today is Jummah, a very blessed day. My wife got her passport and Re-medical request today. Many many millions thankful to Allah! Thank you Danny, wes786, masoom 2012, People_Champ, Red Jeans and other members etc who helped me alot. Getting a little worried here...  Re-Med Letter says: "... You must contact a DMP within the next 30 days to arrange a medical examination. If you do not book an examination within 30 days, or fail to undergo an examination, we will assume that you are no longer interested in proceeding to Canada and will refuse your application. ..." The form has a stamp of May 10th. Idiots mailed it on June 4th and we got it june 7th. My wife went today to book the appointment, only slot she could get was June 27! Now i don't know how they count, business days or days in general? Because 27th is out of the 30 days but we did book the appointment within 30 days (day 27 due to late mail out). Thoughts? P.S. We did not get PPR just Re-Med request. CB lahore se karwa lo next day ho jaye ga |

WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW FINALLY 201000000000000000000 PPL GETTN NEWSSSS STAY BLESSEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD N WHEN DID U GET UR LETTER , N WAR ABT UR ECAS IS UR ADDRESS SHOWING THERE ? I had applied through a laywyer here, the letter is dated 16th May, but we got it on June 6th, we've notified them that we received it late, hopefully it will all work out inshAllah. My e-cas is showing the same thing from 2 years, that the began processing my application on July 22, 2010. My address didn't disappear this time, althought it has disappeared many times in the past, but with no update, so I think it has no significance whatsoever. |
