hey so my case wil be 2 year in aug my son is almost 8 month and still has not met his dad i cant apply for visit visa for my husband to come for visit because what if they ask for the passport while he is here i cant go there because the heat there and ladshedding my husband doesnt think it is safe for me or my son as we are use to Canada climate does any one have any suggestion on to makew the embacy start my case ive cntacted the mp and the embacy told her that it is still in que to be reviewed im so fed up right now they are approving the wife cases but not the husband cases i am a born and raised canadian my ancestors/ family has always been in canada where is my right to have my husband with me

Go with DR. Abdul Wakil. His facility and staff is way way better than rohina sattar.

Call them and ask them to give you an earlier date and tell them its very urgent as you have only 5 days left to do it.

Yea thats the one my wife got appointment for June 27. Thats what happens when all PPR and Med request are mailed around the same time!

I am emailing them as "For your information, Case update" subject. With whole story of date stamps.

Getting a little worried here...    

Re-Med Letter says:
"...
You must contact a DMP within the next 30 days to arrange a medical examination. If you do not book an examination within 30 days, or fail to undergo an examination, we will assume that you are no longer interested in proceeding to Canada and will refuse your application.
..."

The form has a stamp of May 10th. Idiots mailed it on June 4th and we got it june 7th. My wife went today to book the appointment, only slot she could get was June 27!

Now i don't know how they count, business days or days in general? Because 27th is out of the 30 days but we did book the appointment within 30 days (day 27 due to late mail out).

Thoughts?

P.S. We did not get PPR just Re-Med request.

see your last post i m so worried now cz i got a reply from CHCI 

that they send me a letter on 16 MAY 2012 but i didnt get it yet 

n they reply to my email after 1 n half month n today i also take an 

medical appointment n they gve me a medical date on 27 june as well 

plzz kindly tell me watz the date of issue in your letter plzz tell me in detail               

wat date stamp in your envelop n wat should i do mine is REMED+PPR n 

me to nt understand that wat 30 days was count for medical i m so worried

Hi guys congrats to Khalifah bhai u where right we both received our request todai n alhamdulillah that urs is a remed

mine on the other hand is again asking, for the same shi*t
this time its asking for
-proof of more contact
-how much time we spend together as husband n wife
-bank statement n financial help for ma husband (money i have send)
-copy of ma passport
-contact proof/gift/cards/etc
-A fine copy of sch. A n another sheet.

I have alreadi send these stuff they asked for on March 2012 n its beeen two months nothing has expired n yet they are asking for the same stuff......... ARE YOU KIDDIN ME

My husband woke me up at 3am n i couldnt sleep since n i have been awake, praying that its a remed or remed +ppr
but i guess not. Now ma husband is saying that its all my FAULT, that im not trying my best and im jus fooling around with his case. this is soo not fair. Everything they asked for i send wen i start my husbands case, then wen i went to pakistan for a visit i send another package of more proof.... in march they asked again n i send them wat they needed and now again these fu*king idiots are asking for the same stuff again.


PLEASE SOMEONE SHOOT ME NOW.

Don't worry send them again & it could be possible if u send it soon ya will be getting ppr soon afterwards as i believe ure file is been worked out by cic & they will soon send u ppr after u send the the requested documents.

Here I come to shoot.. Just stay composed. Few questions for you.

1. Did you send the papers by a courier service? If not then do so this time. I hope you retained copies of the same. do not trust Pak post.

2. If you did take out the receipt and call them and ask them what happen to those papers.. (me not sure if you can call them)

3. Ask you husband and tell him that there is only that much that you can do. And you are not the only one.. in this situation..

4. Some family problems between couples have happened because of this delay, so please do not get depressed, just take it bravely as there is no other way.

I hope you understand how CHC is working.

Thank you i was but then there was a lot of fighting and talkign about stuff not related to embacy so i stopped and with 8 month old i only get chance when he sleep lol

Your still ok because yours was May 16th. I just counted, June 27th for you is the 30th business day, so your ok. Don't worry.

My wife's Re-Medical Request is stamped May 10th 2012
Envelope has June 4th 2012
Appointment we received is for June 27th.

For us, if i count 30 BUSINESS DAYS it falls on 21st June but appointment is for June 27th, hence why i got worried a little.

I think it will be ok because we are not alone. emanzaib (another member here) also got medical issued on May 15th and received it on June 6th. I sometimes wonder if there is only 1 person working and he/she decided to take vacation

Bhai thanks for encouragin words but my husband send it thro TCS n Nasir from CHC recevied it 21 hours later, the next day at 11 am.

My husband has temper problem n since his case is takin long time hes saying its ma fault i should have gotten a lawyer n that i dont kno wat im doing n i been hearing him say this since day one n its been 3 years since we together n almost two year since we're married n its 17 months since his case has been in CHC n thats all he says to me..... so shooting me wil actualli do him n chc a big favour
