Bro I can fully imagin how it feels n I've my all prayers wid u n everyone else who have their newlyborn kids either here in pak or in Canada..may we get thru this emotional stress vvvvvv soon inshallah..ur frm which city??

it is so good to see people of my timeline.... i was starting to think i was the only nov 2010 case left stuck lol and made me feel worse to see 2011 getting their pprs and us waiting longer stuck (but im truly happy to see the 2011 cases getting ppr any progress is better than NO progress) ....keep posting and updating all of 2010 people so that i know im not the only one hahaa.. we should keeps our hopes high!

ALHUMDULILLAH Ive got a good news to share!!!
 
Today I got my GCMS notes with great news. PHEP along with remed was sent on May 01 but was not delivered due to address change problem  and now I am following up with them to make sure they have address updated now. I got GCMS with very simple concluding remarks stating relationship is bona fide and proofs are enough and PHEP is filled and then sent with remed. Few things in initial part is still confusing but the concluding remarks are good enough to understand the crux 
 
My wife file was transferred in June 2011 and Nikkah only case but I briefed them good reason for not doing Rukhsati and in GCMS they also mentioned marriage consummation is planned upon completion of case. One more thing I noticed is that processing on file was done in days and when I see dates, the day file was opened they put detailed remarks mentioning all the details of the case and mentioned ‘relationship is ok and proofs are enough' and after 22 days they issued letter for PHEP and remed.  btw the date showing on ECAS is different from when they actually started processing, so ECAS is not reliable at all 
 
All in all, ALHUMDULILLAH everything went really positive in our case  and we are realy really thankful to ALLAH(SWT) for HIS Mercy and Blessings on us.

Now just have one problem, my wife passport is with UK embassy and have to get it back, lets see how and when we will be able to get it. 

Can someone tell me whats the difference between PHEP and PPR and why they use 2 different terms and in GCMS they didn't mention about any additional forms and re-pcc? 

CONGRATS!!!!!!!! MASHAH ALLAH!!!!!!!  Thats awesome. INSHAH ALLAH U will receive it shortly just contact them via email and fax to update ur address asap. By the time they send those again, her passport wud be back from uk emb, or contact uk emb to send it back.

PPR and PHEP is the same thingy Passport Request as u know and PHEP is Present (upon) HURTNG EVERY PERSON. (just kidding). I am sorry I dont know. The VO didnt feel any need for supp forms or repcc etc thats why they didnt mention it in GCMS. Good luck now dear

just an update on my end..

This is in response to your email (see below).
 
Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Medical examination letter along with PHEP letter were sent out on 16 May 2012.

unfortunately, we still haven't received it. we called the TCS and they want the tracking number which we don't have. do you think they have sent it through pak post service?

please pray that we receive this asap. Inshallah.

yapi u can get the medical reuslts by pakistan post office as well as tcs.It the choice of cic-isb.Mine came through tcs.U couples were quite a mystery Insan with aik larki good combination.Oright good luCk afterall its hard to say but i wish now 4 every 1 who got out from this asap is the best thing.So hpfully if its ure wife case then u will be flying soon after medical.

Dont worry u r 2010 case i suppose u r gona get ppr plus re-medical we have seen MRehmani case as well completed,its surely means that 2010 cases getting forward 2 b getting ppr & visa.U will be getting the good News v soon.
