Feb 2011 - CHC-Mississauga approved myself
Mar 2011 - CHC-Islamabad confirmed receiving application
Mar 2012 - Asked for REPCC and Immigration forms filled again
May 2012 - Called wife to send passport photos
Jun 2012 - Recieved Remed and PPR

For a while i though u rcvd remed and ppr request my med letter is with someone post-man 8 days since it left CHC hoping tomorrow it will show up my wifes got everything ready to go i am booking her appointment today |
