Decision Made is for the Sponsorship Application and in your case In Process if for your spouse's permanent residence application. Because you are the sponsor, you can see both application statuses simultaneously. Your spouse can only see their application status. |

Thats normal Mine says Decision Made and Application Received. Decision Made is for the Sponsorship Application and in your case In Process if for your spouse's permanent residence application.
