come on brother u think people on this forum who recieved visas before 14 months are uneducated but they write perfect english and some speak it perfect also most people whos spouse are getting VISAS are pretty educated i say most hold atleast a Bachelors degree remember what i said but u dont beilieve me brother there doing processing differently go to villages in northern punjab and i say 75% girls hold a BA degree or a MA u would be suprised how many people are educated Yes, you are right.
Unfortunately, uneducated people tend to get visa within a year to 14 months. The rest of us have to wait. It looks like Canada is lacking jahils.

bhai email them like Danny bhai n see if ur wife gets both remed +ppr  i got a e-mail reply last tuesday they said the medical instructions were sent out on Monday May 28, 2012 as I see that all members who recieved letters by Pakistan post got them in 10 days my guess it could be this friday or Monday |

in the start of April they replied me tat my file is in the Queue 4 the review by decision making officer and today i got a reply tat it is with the immigration officer  which is sooo sad ... if the ppl of 2010 wont get ppr in june den it will b getin more worse n upset ... plzzz ALLAH help us alll ... AMEEEEEEEN i pray tat everyone whether applicants of 2010 or 2011 gets their visas stamped very very soooon dis process is cruel ... i never took tension of anything more than this ... pending process from almost 20 months n no sign of its completion ... i dnt hav any idea tat wen is dis torture going 2 end ... please help God ! very sad n upset frm dere reply today ...  hopeless n completely helpless ... |

Yes, you are right.

Bhai ma husband has no education (not being mean but hes poor n couldnt afford it) n he been in pakistan for 19 yrs n worked only in one job n now he has been laid off but he has moved almost every year n two years cox in Karachi thats how it works after a yr owner will make u leave the house n get another place n yet i srtill have no remed or ppr UGhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh |

Common name :Landing Fee, right? If so then it always good idea to submit this fee at the time of application. That's another few months waste of time once they need it. |

CHC delays cases that MISS any important documents or fees they can fall back on there promise that if we had what we needed we would had processed the case faster so they can point the the finger at the sponsor for not following instructions MASHA-ALLAH SEE 75 DAYS TO MY RPRF FEE LETTER.....................................
