Lonely, if I was (under cover VO) I would have given my wife a visa in those months. 

If anyone of the CHC-I or Ministry is reading please pay attention for 2010 cases..

hey guys, how are you?
i landed in Canada on May 29th. It's a nice place but it's cold here. I am in Victoria.
it was a nice peaceful journey, but very long. Nothing happened on Canada airport.
They didn't even made me fill any forms. First i went to counter for new immigrants
they just asked me how many bags are you bringing in, I said 2 bags
and what's in your bag i said clothes, jewelry and personal stuff, she said ok, then she stamp the immigration paper i got in the plane.
then i went to customs counter for new immigrants, there they gave me all the info regarding SIN and Medical insurance then they said to go stand in that line to apply for your PR card, that line was toooo long, i waited for more thn 2 hours there, that was a never ending line, anyway nothing happened even there they only asked me why are you here, have you ever come here before, do you have cash that's it, then that lady took my passport and confirmation for permanent residence form, stamped it took my signs on it, and gave me it's copy back. Then she said your PR card will arrive in mail in 4 to 8 weeks.
I asked her where do i have to go now, she said home :p haha.
i said really is it over. Don't i have to declare every thing fill all the forms and blah blah she said no, its done, it's over. Go home and enjoy

hey its so weird........... my husband remed and ppr were sent to me in canada and not to him ins pakistan...
do u guys have any idea why? now i just remailed all the papers to him in karachi which takes 2 weeks.. i was hoping to send all the papers by 2 weeks so we get visa fast  inshallah how long does it take to get visa after ppr how long does it takr after getting remed and prr at once

you must have set yourself as the designated representative for your husband on the form's when filing, hence you got the requests.... that's the only possible scenario...

My wife's ReMed + PPR also arrived in Canada. It arrived at my Reps mailing address. His mailing address was the official mailing address for both of us because we hired him.

You must have designated yourself as a representative or under your husband's mailing address, you put your own mailing address.

Come on. Its nice to see cases progressing. Its Ok to post 2011 cases here as it helps us to see what , how and if CHC is working at all. Better working like this than NOT working at all. right As long as no more imtihaan, lonely without hubby, khushi hamesha 100, jaania, Mujgani, and many more others are born again...we are cool. We wanna see faster and faster processing for all cases. INSHAH ALLAH.
