already ve sent birth certificate and my daughter is canadian by birth. i have no idea what this child declaration is and why they want it. ISnt the birth certificate suffice to say that the child belongs to the two of you? what in the world is declaration of child?

Thanks to ALLAH suhanatallah i recieved e-mail reply from CHC and my meds were sent out MARCH 28

my notes said the same thing.. send phep once meds are cleared.. but still no re-med in the gcms notes it says when medical is clear send PPR

Even i didnt get anything, i am Oct 2011 aor ... i mailed them twice last month n this month, asking about my current status, but till to date they have not replied. Emails are useless. Order GCMS notes. They take a month but get more info from them. They were replying to me initial review on every email reply. I order notes, they say our app is in process -- reply to my emails! hmm thats not what i got but in either case, its in process because they requested updated Forms. thanks sis it took them a month too send me med and yet u have a combo dont what they are doing dont know they USED TCS or PP if its PP minimum 10 days to deliver congratz but wats going on wid me no reply nothing akhir when they did send me so worried i m mine not only med mine is med wid ppr |

Yours is going to be Re-med and PPR together. Remember they are waiting on their Visa quota so once June starts InshaAllah they will start sending PPRs. So you will get your Re-medical and PPR together |

I did not know the real picture until I joined this forum. I talked with MP and his secretary told me that they started working on the file. Till then it was in cold storage, somewhere under the piles of potatoes. That's why I have ordered GCMS yesterday.  |

Don't be worried girl. Yours is going to be Re-med and PPR together. Remember they are waiting on their Visa quota so once June starts InshaAllah they will start sending PPRs. So you will get your Re-medical and PPR together hmmm INSHA ALLAH |

I finally got an email response from chc after 6 weeks.
Dear Client,

I am sooooooooooooooo excited. Finally a ray of light is shinning upon me. I thought I was still in the queue for review by immigration officer. But Alhumdulillah...I am almost there too. I LOVE ALLAH SWT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It feels good ALHUMDULILAH. Really guys....that is such a relief. Now I can go and watch "Snow white and the huntsman"'s sneak preview.
