Need advise here.
Got call from CHC-ISB yesterday to send a declaration of my child signed by both (husband & wife). i need to know, is it going to be on a normal paper or some affidavit kind of thing (on a 100 rupee stamp paper) attested by some govt' officer ?

can any one tell me whts this new medical thinge...... i din get wht does it mean  if it expires more thn 15 months thn no new for new medical.... WHT IS NEW MEDICAL?        ANY one  EXPLAIN IT THANKS

my hubby received his re-med a few days ago, he missed that 15 month margin by like 8 days, so it makes sense why they sent him a re-med.
hopefully everyone else won't be getting re-meds, it's quite a hassle to get it done.

In simple words its says no one will get remedical before 15months now. Only they will issue remedical if it has passed 15months.

Okey ........ Agar within 15month from medical main officer yi decide karleyta hai keh marraige genuine hai and background hochuka hai so abb sirf PPR bhejhna hai taab woo puraney rule ka mutabq PPR and Remed send kareyga lakeeeen after new rule abb woo sirf PPR bhejayga ur medical ko 1 year kay liye renew kardey gaa by contacting New dehli. It will be implemented from 1st June .

jese my medical done 8 jan 2011 to kya  mujhe ab re med + ppr ki request nahi aye gi direct ppr ki aye gi   jin k meds ko 15 months guzr chuken hain yeh un k liye new rule hai aur kia yeh apply 1st june se hoga

for muslims adopting this culutre isnt easy as are religion is more important to us

we are here to live peacefully and not disturb there way of life and in return they should just accept us as who we are

Khilafah5..   dear i think you misunderstood what i wsa saying.. it has nothing to do with religion.. I AM MUSLIM and nothing to do with nationality either..

it has to do with immigration and adopting to countrys.

eg .    immigration..  islamabad is working with rules of pakistan and canada .. that is why the long wait..  
so people should not blame canada for the wait.. only blame ilsabad and those who work there.

adopting to country meaning...  if your in canada.  there is no harm talking to canadians.  i know personally a few people who came to canada and they punish there kids if they are seen talking to anyone except from there own culture..  
i have seen where they refuse to try canadian dishes (even when made halal ) just because it is not food dishes from there country..  
this has nothing to do with religion.

it has to do with...  if you move to a country its to be part of it.. not to do your own thing and ignore the country..

i understand completely all that has happened with all of you.. i applied to missisauga in 2008 sent to islamabad feb 2009 and still waiting. finally got my request for new documents in april and now waiting again..

but i know that once i am in canada i will respect that country.. and be a canadian tha is why i am moving there..  just as any one should do when the migrate to any country.. not to take the home country with them.. we are not changing canada to another country we are immigrating...

Apkay 15months 8 April 2012 ko puray hogaye means apko Remed+PPR hi ayega abb. Lakeen Agar "Tuco" ka case hota tu sirf PPR ataaa. Yes from 1st June. Its great law man it will save around 40% people from going for remedical. That means there will be less number of people for remedical which is result will effect processing time for remaining 60%.

Like taxes, once increased they will never come down. Do you want them to say something more than 26 months?

Moreover, they would like to keep it the way it is (if the timeline has decreased), this way they can say "Oh! but you did not even complete 26 months, so why complain" Right?
